Tolles Hotel, sehr nettes, hilfreiches Personal. Zimmer, modern und sauber . Mit Alkohol Mini Bar. Anlage durchdacht, luxuriös und in Top Zustand . All in nur mit Markenprodukten, alles wird freundlich und offensiv angeboten. Mehrere Themen Restaurants und jeden Abend ein schönes Abendprogramm

Estamos hospedados en este momento. Muy mala calidad la comida!Ni siquiera la fruta es buena. El desayuno es lo peor. No hay casi variedad de pescados, y todo es recalentado. Lo que ofrecen en restaurantes a la noche es lo mismo que sirven en los buffet pero un poco mejor presentado.

This was our 2nd stay and we love it here! It’s a gorgeous resort. Everything you need to relax is here. If you want to party and dance that’s here too! Great pool area -beautiful beach too. We only left the resort to do a little shopping. Every worker/crew member at the Riu we dealt with was wonderful. We prefer the buffet over the ala carte restaurants as there is always something delicious to pick from. We ate at the Steakhouse and Mexican also, both were fine we just would rather choose buffet. All areas of the hotel were always clean and taken care of. I can’t say enough good things about the place. Can’t wait to book a return trip!

Las instalaciones son excelentes, limpias, cómodas. Variedad de comida, actividades, Albercas amplias y con cómodos camastros, servicio excelente en alberca y playa. Cuando regrese a Riviera Maya nos volvemos a hospedar en el mismo hotel. Nos encantó

Excelente todo!: atención y alojamiento 5 estrellas. Abundante comidas y bebidas en los bares y restaurantes del hotel. El personal muy cordial. Destacamos a Brian ,que cada día hizo el aseo de la Junior Suite. Jorge, en el servicio de Toallas . Patricia, servicio de toilette sector piscinas. También el equipo de Animación merece un 10,!: Joe y el staff de shows de excelencia!. Playa limpia y con buena cantidad de reposeras Vivimos en familia una experiencia tan hermosa esperamos repetir otra vez. Felicitaciones y gracias por tanto!

Mi experiencia fue muy buenas, lo único que puedo criticar, es el poco espacio que tiene el kids club. Para familias con nenes chiquitos, la piscina para niños me pareció muy pobre.

Fue algo pobre la atencion en el restaurant frances en la 2da oportunidad que fuimos.En la primera fue excelente, pero en la 2da oportunidad parecia que el mesero estaba desconectado de su tarea, tal vez por cansancio u otra razón que desconocemos.

The frozen drinks were not good but well drinks and martini were good.the food in the restaurants was good. But the buffet was just soso. The grill by the pool was excellent. The daytime entertainment was fun.

This resort was absolutely awesome. It is not often a resort looks as amazing in person as it is shown on the internet, but this one dies. We will definitely go again!
