dont stay here, does not look anything like the pictures. Hotel is run down, we had to stay at a different hotel the 2nd night. no roof top, no pool, might be the shitest hotel i have ever stayed at.

Location is the only good thing about this hotel and it's a plus for them by default. Absolutely disgusting rooms. Filthy bathroom, toilet tissues from previous guests still on the bathroom floor, curtails torn, linen thread bare and not even matching sets, pillows small and old and lumpy and only 3 on the bed. I could go on. When we complained and asked for a refund we were told to go thru our agent. The staff continually fobbed us off to staff on the next shift. Everyday we asked for the room to be cleaned properly. It never was. Pool was in the hotel over the road and looked less than inviting Also told we had to pay city tax of 168 pesos....I don't think so! We were shown another room which was smaller and equally ill equipped. Unfortunately we were here at peak time and could not move anywhere else.

We stayed in this 3-star hotel from 23.11 to 03.12 and I have rarely seen this. The photos speak for themselves... No maintenance, very brief cleaning in the room and non-existent in the outbuildings. We saw dead flies, mosquitoes in the same place throughout our stay!. It's shameful and they refuse to make a commercial gesture.... The only positive thing is the location near the beach!!! The door of the room did not close, the door window either, the safe the batteries had rusted inside, rust on the grid of the shower, the filthy faucet. A terrace was put forward but inaccessible and of course the dishonest owner does not warn before arrival!!!! RUN AWAY ABOVE ALL YOU WILL FIND BETTER AND NOT MORE EXPENSIVE!!!!!! MICHAEL

I really do not recommend it at all, they scammed me. They did not want to refund me even a part of the stay that I paid for and I could not specify because the flight was canceled and they did not give me the option to travel until the deadline that they gave me.
