Disappointed
Nice hotel and decent service checking in but I won’t be back. I don’t like hotels with no proper breezeway and a ramp for a luggage cart or automatic doors. The front desk is closed at night so if you need something, you are S.O.L., because nobody answers the numbers that are given for guests in need and nobody calls back when you leave a message. I wasn’t given a wifi password at check in and of course couldn’t get one later because nobody is available to help.

My stay at Savannah was AMAZING! The fact that this Inn was affordable, it is also placed in a very convenient location near shopping centers and even a car wash within the same grounds as the inn. Service also #1, workers are on top of cleanliness & trash remove. Laundry room, business office & Gym area on site as well. Definitely recommend this inn to anyone planning to stay in Pleasanton, Tx

So much potential, so little results!!
This is almost a new property built as an extended stay. It was very difficult to find as it is behind a car wash and has no signage! Had a second floor unit - it does have an elevator and luggage cart. I asked about an ice machine as I like a drink after dinner before bed - none on site and the refrigerator did not have an ice maker. Unit had a 2 burner stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot, and sink. No equipment provided to use any of it!! Not even a packaged coffee filter and coffee or a cup to put it in!! The rest of the furnishings were sparse and the bed had a poor quality mattress. There was a peaceful view out the window of a small cattle pond and some cattle grazing. This could be an amazing place with just a few changes.

I had a fantastic stay in this hotel! Really enjoyed the team and all the improvements made at the hotel. If you are looking for a nice, clean, comfortable hotel with amazing service, this is it!

Cody and Adrian were very professional and courteous. I responding when I arrived Cody was at the front desk asked me if I had a reservation or I'm just walking in so I had a reservation for the time reservation and immediately showed me my room and then also asked me how long I plan to stay then he showed me the upgraded business room and he was very convincing and I took the business room for five more dollars a day. This hotel is one of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed at and that's a lot coming from me I've been staying in hotels for the past 7 years I'm grateful that I came here.

Great place, location and staff. Cody is very respectful, gave me a tour of the building showed me where the gym and laundry room was, even where I could walk my service animal. This place will always be my first choice when I'm working in Pleasanton, TX

This hotel had great staff and clean room. Great washing machines also nice kitchen and bathroom. Good WiFi lots of storage takes Apple Pay which is a plus has a fitness room also nice air conditioning after a hot and humid Day I have no complaints.

Front desk is extremely friendly. The room was clean and tidy. The staff is helpful. The exercise room is new and clean. I love the kitchenette in the room. Very helpful when I can cook my own food while I stay and relax. I love the convenience of the market items for purchase.
