Breakfast is relatively simple, you can eat enough. Free parking. Far from the city, but very close to the San Francisco Outlets, just a few minutes drive.
DoubleTree by Hilton Pleasanton at the Club

We checked in to this property via the Hilton App and selected a digital key. When we got to the hotel the digital key had not arrived so we had to go to the front desk. The lady there told us their system was down and we had to undergo the full check in process again, rather a waste of time. We were allocated a nice room on the 4th floor, pool facing and away from the noise of the Freeway. The hotel's highest floor, the 5th, for some reason is entirely shut off. Car parking is free. The property is now somewhat dated and will have difficulty competing with the two new Marriott Hotels situated just a block away. However, with a clean, quiet room we were happy with our stay.

I stay at the AC a few times a month and Brianna always makes check in a breeze. She is always eager to help to make my stays the best experience! I come in late at night , being in hospitality myself I know that night shifts are sometimes trying but she is always professional and welcoming! Thank you Brianna!
Pleasanton Marriott

We had to come to this region for a medical procedure and my young family member needs to fast for 36 hours. So to keep his mind off it we picked this hotel due to its pool and our Marriott points. Oh my gosh! That pool is PERFECT. The hot tub was perfect. After a day of unusually 107 temps it was an excellent remedy. The staff checking in was very nice too. I was upset and scared by a change to the rules that made it harder for me to use my husbands marriott card to check in without him. But the front clerk was patient and explained the new rules. It isn’t fair of marriott to make strict rules changes and not inform travelers so that the staff has to bear the anxiety of someone afraid they will have to go back out in the 107 heat until their spouse arrives. Since I was traveling with a family member preparing for a medical procedure I didn’t want him to risk weakening himself by being out in the heat. She was very kind about it but really Marriott you should think about the impact of your rules. If you have jerky people who don’t want spouses to be able to use their points (I would be happy to show my license to prove I have same address and last name and know the Marriott login because my loving husband shared it ) then give them a choice. They can say it’s okay for spouse to check in without them or say it isn’t if they have a stalker ex. I get it. But don’t penalize happy marriages because divorce happens. Simply give people an option to indicate their comfort level with letting spouse in . Thanks ! It is close to freeway and a bit of traffic noise but the kind staff and sumptuous clear pool make it worth it.
Hyatt House Pleasanton

The location is better, parking is convenient, and the surrounding life is also more convenient, especially not far from the large Aotelai Shopping Center, which can be described as a shopping paradise. Wi-Fi is automatically connected, and the network speed is also OK. There is no elevator, which is the most inconvenient place to carry luggage. In addition, the room does not provide free bottled water.
Courtyard Pleasanton

The location of the hotel is not easy to find, we have been around for a long time to find. Breakfast is Starbucks downstairs, you can order coffee, juice, burgers, etc., delicious! Not far from the hotel, the newest outlets in San Francisco are just ten minutes drive away. There are also restaurants around the hotel for easy dining. The reception desk was a black boy. It was not friendly, and the deposit was deducted. The deduction of the room rate was not in line with the amount I booked. After receiving the bank message, I specially left enough time for check-out to check with them. Billing and booking information. Finally, the deposit is refunded, and the price is the same as that at the time of booking. I still have to pay more attention to it, otherwise I will find it more troublesome after returning to China.
