Superb location, opposite the train station and a 13 min taxi ride to the station. Very helpful staff who helped me to navigate my way around poitiers.

Très bien propre et personnels très sympathique et accueillant. Je reviendrais.

The hotel is very clean. With a very friendly and smiled house staff, we rented 3 rooms 210 110 and 109. The 210 is very well located, clean bathroom but to refresh to have more than 🌟. The 110 with a stick but very clean. very warm also happy SB fan presence very well. The person at the reception really sympathetic because of a small tax error has gently offered to me and my children Viennan and orange juice. Thanks to the hotel for its welcome and cleanliness.

The room wasn't proper clean - the floor was hoovered, but not washed. Therefore the feet got very dirty very quickly. Double glazed window when window is closed, protects very well  from the noise from very noisy street, but  then in hot weather the room requires air conditioner which wasn't there. In the bathroom on a furniture there was hair from previous clients. The rest was very good.
