It's a very bad hotel, don't stay there, it's designed to rip off Chinese people. I don’t know how the good reviews of their hotel came about. The bedding was damp, there were no toiletries, and the front desk charged me 500 rupees. They said the price was low. Why should they list it online for such a low price? When they arrived, they said they would pay the difference. Isn't this an obvious scam?

Very nice hotel. Good location just a walking distance to central bus station and a big park near the lake. I was there for one night only, the room was on the top floor, spacious, clean and comfortable, the city view was nice but unfortunately it was very foggy in the morning and during the day and the snowy himalaya mountain ranges were not in sight at all (bad timing🙁). The staff services were great, very helpful and attentive (especially Mr.Milan Aryal 👍). The food from resto (pasta) was also very nice and tasty. Keep up the great work and surely will stay at snow peak hotel if ever go back to Pokhara! Cheers...

The following are real pictures and videos I took when I checked into a hotel in Pokhara, Nepal on February 14, 2024. I stayed in room 202 that day. Hotel location: Pokhara is relatively convenient for transportation, but it is within walking distance. Hotel facilities: Look at the pictures for yourself, which were taken when I checked in that day. Look at the pictures for bedding and linens, the bed is quite comfortable. No disposable slippers are provided (generally not provided abroad). Hotel decoration: Look at the pictures for yourself. Toilet: Not separated by dry and wet. Breakfast: Look at the pictures for yourself. Hotel service staff: I personally feel that they are very service-minded and quite considerate during my stay. The pictures of the hotel are consistent with the pictures of the actual room I stayed in.

Great experience. The hotel is located in a perfect place. You will be able to see the peaks from your balcony and roof top. The hotel is very clean and neat. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Hotel staff are very friendly. My stay was enjoyable here. I recommend this hotel.

Service was good , room are cozy But one thing should be improved is to open restaurants 24 hours , food was also overall good but its little far from phewa lake although there is facility of everything like tickets booking, bunjee , spa etc...

Good service, comfortable stay ...... affordable price in the town, big and spacious room and they have car parking and very polite staff. Strongly recommended if someone is travelling to pokhra then must try. Also the location of hotel is in front of kedareshwar mahadev temple.

I have been traveling for several months through different countries and staying in many places. If I had to put a note, this would be the one with the highest grade. Spectacularly friendly staff, helpful, attentive and always with a smile. The room was perfect and the bathroom impeccable. Thanks to them my stay in Pokhara has been magnificent because they have made everything easier for me to do the ABC trekking. Thank Sidhant Bhusal's treatment, Milan Aryal and Manisha Gurung. With people like them, you want to return to this magnificent country.
