Hotel situé dans le centre historique dans une rue piétonne avec des restaurants. La chambre est tres grande et confortable. Tv connecté tres bonne literie, cafetière et théière. Juste un détail pour la chambre d'avoir un sèche cheveux de meilleure qualité. Par contre je trouve la partie lobie et la salle de petit-déjeuner qui manque de charme. Petit déjeuner correct mais sans plus. A 330 euros la nuit on s'attend quand même à mieux. Mais nous sommes à Polignano à mare😉

Hotel in posizione ideale di Polignano, camere minimal ma belle, personale tutto gentilissimo e disponibile, percorso spa pienamente soddisfacente. Per quanto riguarda la colazione mi aspettavo di più, non vi sono tante alternative di scelta.

Good morning everyone, we found it on Booking and chose it for the excellent reviews and I must say they are all true. Excellent structure in the center of Polignano very close to the historic center, TOP rooms, we chose a Junior Suite, tried the SPA service and it is also small but being exclusive for one person or couple I would say it is more than good. I recommend it to all tourists who want to visit Polignano. The price is a little high but it's worth it.

Excellent Spa, very beautiful, functional and highly trained staff, located in the historic center. Turkish bath, hydromassage pool, emotional shower, normal prices are 130 per couple. Recommended. We will definitely return, fantastic experience.

In our opinion, the spa and massages are wonderful: the girls are very good! Breakfast although minimal especially regarding the savory, but excellent eggs and bacon, served with skill and kindness. Kind receptionist. Regarding the structure, having taken a junior suite with a total package including spa treatment and massage at a cost of 480 euros for ONE night, we would have expected something less "spartan" in the sense that, although beautiful and well-kept, the suite would need: a shelf in the entrance, some hangers for trousers, a mirror in the room and perhaps a sofa and a few more coffee pods ' ; in the bathroom with a less dim light that allows you to put on make-up or other things and support surfaces for cosmetic bags and other things other than walls on the bathroom and bidet where the products can fall (among other things, away from the only more intense light in the Window), a series of "hooks" where you can hang bathrobes and towels and a shower that does not let water flow into the rest of the bathroom; all small measures, however, necessary and functional and which would be in line with the asking price. Finally we were left outside the relay twice (once in the evening at 11.30pm for 15 minutes together with other couples) due to the card not working

The staff of the Giovì hotel, in particular Mrs. Nicoletta, deserve special praise. Extremely courteous, helpful and attentive to my every request. From the moment of check-in to the moment of departure, I received exceptional treatment that far exceeded my expectations.

The accommodation is very good, but you should know the following: the jacuzzi on the terrace is NOT heated, it can be used but it is cold water. On the other hand, the breakfast is very poor, also they did not serve me well, they did not prepare the table for me and they saw that I sat down, I had to grab things from another table. For the price, the service leaves a lot to be desired.
