Superbe lieu de séjour. Emplacement idéal pour faire le tour de la ville. Vue imprenable depuis le solarium. Bar sur le toit le soir à partir de 18:00. Assez sympa pour les gens de l'extérieur mais regrettable pour les gens disposant d'une chambre au 3ème qui seront dérangés dans la nuit par le bruit de rangement du personnel de bar.

Dimora in eccellente posizione a pochi passi dal centro storico. Il proprietario sig. Giovanni è persona gentilissima, sempre disponibile per consigli utilissimi. Ottima e curata la pulizia dei locali. Consigliamo vivamente questa struttura per un soggiorno.

The location is excellent with both the sea and the centre only a couple of minutes' walk, yet very quiet at night for a good night sleep. The central station is approximately 10 minutes' walk and from here you can catch trains to many other locations such as Monopoli (5 min journey), Bari, Ostuni and many more. Near the station you can also catch a bus to Alberobello, approximately one hour journey. The rooms and whole building are very well maintained and very secure. The owner Gianni takes very good care of the building and its guests; he genuinely cares and would do anything to ensure they have a pleasant stay. His customer service skills are exceptional, he is always available to support with any enquiries and willing to go the extra mile. He replies within minutes and has an extensive knowledge of Polignano and surrounding towns as well as what these have to offer; I tried most of the restaurants he suggested and I was never disappointed. The boat tour suggested was the best! I have never before received the level of service Gianni has provided in similar accommodations and I would highly recommend Dimora Grottone. I am immensely grateful to Gianni and I am most definitely coming back. Thank you!

Gianni was an amazing host! He was extremely informative and made our trip that much more fun with recommendations. I highly recommend Dimora Grottone and Gianni as the property in great location, walking distance to all amenities, shops, restaurants and off course the sea! Io mia moglie e i nostri cagnolini siamo stati benissimo stanza pulita posizione perfetta vicino al centro di Polignano a mare (praticamente in centro). Gianni persona gradevole ed accogliente se avremo la fortuna di tornare a Polignano sicuramente la dimora Grottone è in cima alla lista

Siamo stati una settimana io mia moglie e i nostri cagnolini posto pulito praticamente in centro a Polignano comodo per fare tutto a piedi senza prendere la macchina!! Gianni persona accogliente e gentile quando torneremo a Polignano probabilmente torneremo al Grottone

Ottima location e ottima posizione, con vista stupenda sul mare. Noi che abbiamo una bimba piccola ci siamo trovati benissimo, in pochissimi minuti a piedi si e già sulle spiaggie caratteristiche di Polignano , mare stupendo. In pochi minuti si raggiunge anche il centro dove si trovano piazze come quella di Domenico Modugno dove i bambini possono correre in libertà. La casa e fornita di tutto ciò che serve compresa di lavatrice , il personale gentilissimo . Gianni il proprietario sempre disponibile e cortese. Consigliatissimo .

Posto fantastico,camere spaziose e ben curate,letti veramente comodi,bellissima vista sul mare.Personale straordinario e disponibile sempre. Dalla Dimora Grottone Si possono raggiungere a piedi in pochi minuti le spiagge caratteristiche di Polignano e le bellissime scogliere che lo caratterizzano. Sempre in pochi passi si è sulla piazza dedicata a Domenico Modugno con delle bellissime terrazze che affacciano sul mare e con una piacevole passeggiata si raggiunge il centro storico che è semplicemente meraviglioso. Lo consiglio vivamente
