Rigtig godt hotel med en fantastisk beliggenhed. Hotellet er en smule slidt, men ellers rent og pænt. Fantastisk til børn, dejlig pool og skøn badesø.

Ci siamo stati una notte nei giorni di festa dei santi. L’albergo molto normale, ma con il ristorante e soprattutto con il personale e i gestori non ci siamo trovati per niente a nostro agio. Non penso ci torneremo più e non possiamo consigliarlo.

Ejerne var så hjælpsomme og venlige. Vi mistede vores pas, og de gjorde alt for at hjælpe. Fantastisk udsigt og natur. Mange aktiviteter for børn og voksne. Restaurant var virkelig god. Alle var søde.
Vi kommer tilbage.

Terribile,la signora anziana bionda ha ben deciso di non comunicare i prezzi per iscritto dopo che il nostro amico ha prenotato,riferendo prezzi *per camera*,che alla fine si sono rivelati essere a persona,diffidate poiché ci siamo trovati a pagare il doppio di quanto concordato telefonicamente,ripeto dopo che la signora si é rifiutata di inviare una mail di conferma in cui attestava i prezzi,mancavano gli articoli di igiene di base,gli asciugamani non vengono lavati e i padroni sono veramente scortesi e assolutamente non aperti ad alcun tipo di confronto. Ci tento ad aggiungere che qualsiasi cosa collegata all’hotel era a pagamento,dal parcheggio (perennemente pieno),al tennis,la cucina in camera ecc.. La colazione non era compresa in 300€ per due notti in una camera doppia assolutamente mediocre,brutta considerato il prezzo,andate al centro di riva del garda che costa di meno anche in hotel decisamente più moderni e cortesi. Assolutamente non consigliato.

Appena arriviate siamo state accolte con molta gentilezza. Ci sono stati accuratamente segnalati i punti d’interesse e le cose da fare/vedere, ci hanno risparmiato minimo un’ora di ricerche online. In più siamo state accompagnate in stanza, cosa che credo non mi sia mai capitata durante i miei soggiorni, ed è stato piacevole rendersi conto che la scelta di assegnazione della stessa era stata fatta dal personale seguendo le nostre esigenze. Veramente fantastici!! Grazie
