We booked the Family Suite and the room was comfortably big and spacious with direct sunlight in the morning shinning through our room. However we are quite unsatisfied with the cleanliness in the room area especially the single bedded room where we found red ants on the bed. And there we dust under the chairs in the ground floor area - assume the room was swept for the sake of sweeping and not moving the chairs and sweeping them underneath. We also had bad experience with the front desk where we needed to wait almost 50mins to check in, and we are not allowed to check in before 3pm (even if its 2.45pm) answer given was room not ready which subsequently ended up with a major long queue and customers flooding their lobby area sharp 3pm. Understand it is a peak day (Year end, Christmas, School Holiday) but something can be done so that the queue won't be long until the entrance staircase. Other than that, great location, easy access to the beach and swimming pool.

The hotel environment is better than expected. It's very comfortable to travel with a couple of friends. But breakfast has to be paid separately and the swimming pool is nice. The room is okay and the hygiene is okay.

Good- clean
Bad- service is very slow.. came at 1.30 pm couldn't check in had to wait at 3. At 3 the queue was very long.. at 4 we only got the access card. At 5.30 pm we went to the pool.. no towels.. told us to come at 6. When we came at 6 pm.. towels had to be shared.. 1 room only.. same tomorrow morning.. please upgrade your service please.. night disturbance almost 3 hours of noise from the room above.
