I would absolutely not recommend staying at this hotel to anyone. I booked  Superior Double Room with 1 Double Bed but during the check in process, the hotel give a Superior Twin Room with 2 Single Bed. The online payment I have made was for Superior Double Room with 1 Double Bed. I'm very frustrated regarding this matter.  Things like this shouldn't happen. The staff (Malay lady) at Reception Counter said, there's no room like I booked from Trip.com. There's no Superior Double Room with 1 Double Bed, only have Superior Twin Room with 2 Single Bed. That staff also mentioned, this is third party (Trip.com) problem and ask me to contact Trip.com. In addition, the staff was very unhelpful and repeatedly stated that the hotel did not provide the room I booked.  The manner of speaking is also very uncivilized and impolite. I contacted Trip.com and informed about the intention to cancel the stay on the reasons of the room provided was not the room as I booked and paid for and also requested a refund for the payment made. Trip.com was very helpful and tried their best to ask the hotel to make a refund to me but was unsuccessful.  The hotel maintains its stance of not giving refunds while the room error that occurred was caused by the hotel itself but the customer had to bear the consequences. Requests to change the date of stay to get the right room are also not granted. At the end I had to bear the loss due to the cancellation of the room that did not get a refund. As long as I have dealt with many hotels during previous travels before, this is the worst hotel handling I have experienced.  In addition, the hotel should hire or train efficient, polite and civilized employees.  Such things and staff show the poor standard of the hotel. Please think twice before choosing this hotel to stay.

Nice location by the marina. Room has started to age. Breakfast was delicious though limited in option. Many crows will attack your food if you sit outside.

I only stayed 1 day for a quick business meeting so location was important. It was quite easily accessible if you drive and they have ample parking space. The hotel itself is acceptable if you can stomach 2.5-3 star hotel standards. It is old and many things needs to be replaced. The bed and aircon was ok so that's good. Overall, it felt more like a rm150 per night room so I'd probably not recommend staying here unless you really want to be here.

As I need to be at PUSASDA early in the morning, so I find the hotel not too bad. Room is big. i requested for one queen bed as I travelled solo but got 2 single bed instead.

In a remote area by the sea. Room big but fixtures and fittings are tired is time to renovate, flushing system in toilet not so gd choke. Air con working well for my unit but not my friend unit very hot. Staff are very friendly added point. Breakfast good.
