Simple check in with friendly staff greeting at the gate. Welcomed with open arms. Cleaning staff were well received with a gracious attitude when requesting extra services

A bit disappointed, it doesn't feel like the standard of Courtyard by Marriott, at most it's a three-star room in China. They didn't even offer an extra bottle of water.

The views were the best from the room, in the pool and while having breakfast. And the room had everything you need from microwave and mini fridge . From the gym that overlooks the ocean that was the best. The furniture is old but clean not really aesthetically appealing.

Get a sea-view balcony room and wake to the sounds of waves crashing! Everything is within walking distance! This is my absolute favorite option when visiting this area! Massive studios with all the amenities you will ever need whatsoever!

Service here was excellent. We stayed one night, and then left on a 2 day safari at Addo. The hotel allowed us to leave our car in their secure parking lot and stored our luggage inside the hotel. Then we returned for another night. The rooms were comfortable. A note of caution, there are no elevators, so if stairs are a problem ask for a ground floor room. We really appreciated the onsite laundry which was complementary to use. Breakfast was quite good both mornings and reasonably priced as it was not included in our room rate. We had poor service at lunch one day and the food was not good. Dinner, however, was fine.

Making and enforcing a 22.00 or 23.00 silence rule. The only black mark against our stay was the people in the apartment above us, partying and shouting/ fighting untill sunrise. We had a 700km trip ahead of us, and we were dead tired, due to a lack of sleep.

Clean room, friendly staff and good food. When travelling on business this is an ideal abode to relax after a long drive or tough day at the office. Breakfast is quick and filling and the dinner menu caters for most needs and tastes. Draft beer is also on offer which is a big plus for me.

The staff is very helpful, very professional, exceptional excellent service. Front Office staff (Phathisa & Mihlali) gave brilliant service with a smile, best experience I ever got in any Hotel. Thank U soon much Ladies. Vali very helpful, helped me tune in T.V for rugby, also brought me (Room Service) delicious healthy food. Thanks Vali. Staff service (out of this world) Will be back soon with my Family I'm from Cape Town and your service here is better than any hotel I have been to. Happy Customer 😊

Best service... Best everything. The staff is friendly and the food is yummy. Thank you for making my stay incredible all the time. I also like the hand cream it smells very nice. Beautiful sea facing views as well. Top tier service and very cozy. Smiles and friendly staff all the way

The moment you arrive at this establishment you are made to feel comfortable and welcome. Friendly, competent and helpful staff, great food, very clean, and comfortable rooms with views of the ocean second to none. Close to the mall, and the highway, but you don't have the noise pollution you would expect from being in the middle of it all. I loved every minute of my stay!

A secure functional chain hotel with plenty of parking. Our room was large although the bathroom felt a bit dated. The staff on reception didn't go out of their way to explain what facilities the hotel had or what was in the surrounding area. They didn't have a map available either. On our first night we ate in the hotel restaurant. Although for most of the time their was only us and one other table the service was slow. When our meals eventually arrived they were no more than luke warm. It took over 20 minutes for a bottle of sparkling mineral water to arrive. When it did it clearly had been shaken up on it's way as it sprayed out all over the table. After we had signed the bill so that it could be put on our room the waitress came to our room and said that we had to pay for it separately. We ate out on our second night! Although there were a lot of notices about saving water due to a drought when our room was serviced the towels were changed, even though we were only staying two nights, and the face cloth disappeared.

The staff is amazing,but 2 cold showers and the manager could just explain technical issues. They expect to run water for 5 minutes which does not work. Yet you must save water. The manager says dams are 76% full so it is okay to run the water. Food is also not great.

The hotel experienced a hot water circulation problem at the time and the only short-term solution was to run the water for a little longer. All the shower heads are fitted with water saving aerators that saves more than 80% before the installation, this unfortunately also effects the time the same amount of water reaches the showerhead. The hotel is not condoning the waste of water and are pleased to share that the problem has been resolved. Kind regards Erich - General Manager
