perfect location, close to the beach, about 20 minutes walk to the shopping center. the breakfast is amazing!

Really nice guest house with lovely gardens and swimming pool (if you have the time, set in a nice area). Room was large and the bed was very comfortable, nice sheets and pillows. Quite a lot of storage although only here for one night, fridge with complimentary bottles of water, tea and coffee. Breakfast was good. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Private parking within the grounds. Really good pizza/pasta restaurant with a bar vibe literally about a couple of minutes walk away but suggest you drive there and park outside in the secure parking with the guy looking after your car (drive back through small streets so if you have had a small drink you should be ok). Would highly recommend if passing through.

Nice building with rooms settled around a nice swimming pool Rooms are spacious and clean and very well furnished; only downside, we went there in winter and the heating was not properly working. The owner kindly moved us to another room, so problem solved. Private parking and very nice breakfast

We had a comfortable 5 night stay here. Christine the owner and Frans make you feel welcome. Plenty of restaurants nearby but you will be rightly be advised to drive. The beach is nearby but nothing special. However this is a 5 star guesthouse but there’s little evidence to support it. Ok the gardens and the pool area are nice and the breakfast room has an old worldly feel. But the bedroom is not set up to relax (and watch the tv). The bathroom has old fashioned fixtures but not in a good way. Never understand housekeeping cleaning your room whilst you are at breakfast. Have had some spectacular breakfasts on this holiday but here was just nice.

Host Shirley was so friendly, interactive and very accommodating with our food restrictions. The rooms were very spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Overall a great stay and would highly recommend to anyone staying in the Port Elizabeth area.
