The overall feeling is good, but it is a bit strange that there is no desk in the room, and the toilet seat in the bathroom is really bad and it moves. Also, children cannot use the swimming pool after 20:00.

Great Ritz stay. Champagne and sparkling waters provided for my birthday. The only thing negative was a very late in the day cleaning of my room and my friend's room next to me.

recently had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. I had arranged accommodation for a high-profile guest and requested a slightly earlier check-in. Despite speaking with both the front desk and the manager, I was met with unfriendliness and unhelpfulness.
Requesting an early check-in by just an hour and 30 minutes should not be unreasonable, yet my guest was turned away upon arrival. This level of service is far below what I expected, and I am truly dissatisfied. In the future, I will seek a different hotel that understands and provides luxury service.
