I made the reservation with online payment through the Trip app. When I arrived at the hotel, they charged me again. Even though I had informed them about the prepayment. So, I am not sure if it was Trip's fault or the hotel's. Regardless, I do not recommend either service. Both failed and, so far, the customer has been at a loss. I will go back to other hotel booking apps, where this has never happened to me, and I recommend it to everyone.
