There's no security support for elderly person in the bathroom

Muy agradable y zona  muy acertada  en general  pero  hay unos  60 metros desde la calle principal que bajas al alojamiento y deja mucho que  desear da miedo  es oscuro y una zona muy triste con punto peligroso.

Very nice and a very good area in general but there are about 60 meters from the main street that you go down to the accommodation and it leaves a lot to be desired, it is scary, it is dark and a very sad area with a dangerous point.

地理位置非常好。離河邊很近。早上散步步行就走到了波爾圖大教堂 ，遇到他們做禮拜，觀摩了一下 ，晚些晚飯後步行去大橋 看看特茹河的夜景，非常不錯。

The location is very good. Very close to the river. I took a walk in the morning and walked to the Porto Cathedral. I met them worshiping and watched them for a while. Later after dinner, I walked to the bridge to see the night view of the Tejo River, which was very nice.

房間乾淨整潔，掃描網上辦理入住，很便捷

The room is clean and tidy, and it is very convenient to scan and check in online.

地點優良，向下走是市中心火車站，向上走有大量晚間食市。房間企缻去水不順暢。酒店唯一的電梯十分小，只能運送兩個行裏及一個人。

The hotel exceeded my expectations. All communication was via *********** and email. When we informed our arrival time we were met by the receptionist. Hotel has a small elevator behind the front desk, which was an extra bonus. The rooms are small, but have everything you might need. A small balcony was a lovely extra.  The shower was working efficiently and the hair dryer in the bathroom was strong enough for my thick hair.  Not many hangers in the room, but was just enough for a 3 night stay. The hotel location is perfect. Metro 5 minutes away, train station literally a street down and all historical places minutes away. I will definitely recommend to friends and family 

Great value rooms in a good location, the pros ... Lovely staff Cindy so helpful,  great breakfast, simple but lots of choice and plenty of Coffee, small lift (elevator) available, small kitchen with fridge, balcony for fresh air, rooms very clean and bathroom fresh and modern, air con available, room comfortable and perfect for a short stay cons... Not many! No drawers in room so needed extra hangers as we stayed 5 nights, it is on a steep hill ... But so much of Porto is!  We loved Porto and would definitely stay here again.

A good clean basic hotel, well situated in the city for both the shops and for visiting the river areas.   It is at the top of the hill, however in Porto there will always be some hills to walk up!   The staff in the hotel were very helpful. Also provides a good breakfast with a mix of fruit, cereals, cold meats.
