Staff were very nice and kind. And room was clean and very comfortable, and I could join karaoke night:)

Hostel is located near the historic center, next to the water near many restaurants, bus stops, and nightlife. They have a 24-hour service desk and all employees are nice and friendly and speak English and Spanish. The place was clean, beds were organized to provide privacy, restrooms had 2 sinks, 2 showers and 3 toilets for 8 beds (above average in European hostels), which were clean and equipped with soap (not common in Europe). Breakfast was cheap and with multiple options. The beds had storage, USB and type F power outlets. Hanging out area and storage lockers for baggage. They have elevators. Over all, great place at a great price for all the benefits along with it. Recommendable for female solo travelers because of safety and the female only rooms available. I would stay again

Location is very good. Very close to river, easy to walk around. Room was clean. But elevator was not working and my room was on 8th floor. Reception was always busy so I have to wait to ride odd number elevator (I couldnt use odd number elevator by myself because my card key was for even number)

Very good location in the center of porto. The rooms are really clean the beds are cozy. Breakfast was good and tasty.

They are by the river. Quaint!!!! People are much helpful. They have elevator. Perfect for those who are in a budget.

Everything is good, the location is excellent, the public area is large, there is a music bar in the basement, you can listen to live music for free in the public area. The toilet and bathroom are in the room, and there are two bathrooms and toilets in one room. The wash basin is outside, which is good and bad, people with poor sleep quality are easily woken up.

The hotel is in a good location, however in my specific room, the drawer for putting my suitcase was broken, and for that reason I had to leave my suitcase next to the bed. However, the girls at reception were helpful and said that if I had anything valuable I could leave it with them at reception.

The famous bridge was right in front and it was close to Sao Bento Station, so it was easy to walk anywhere. The breakfast is great and the bed is comfortable. However, the water in the shower room does not drain well.

It was located in the city center, so you could walk to tourist spots and there was a bus stop nearby, which was convenient. The room and wash basin booth were clean. It was nice that the bed had curtains. The pull-out lockers were spacious and easy to use. A padlock is required. There was no hair dryer. It was busy when I checked in, and there was only one staff member there, so it took a while and seemed difficult. I had a comfortable stay.

Next to the main road, convenient transportation, no other problems except the sound of cars passing outside at night, it is still highly recommended!

The location is very convenient! Downstairs there are many restaurants on the river bank!

The location of this restaurant is great. It’s within walking distance near the lakeside~ There is also a bus stop just a short walk from the door to reach major attractions. But Porto is actually within walking distance and doesn’t require a subway or bus. There is also a welcome drink The front desk of the youth hostel is also very kind.
