Estive em Porto Seguro, entre os dias 14/11 e 17/11/24 e tenho que dizer: Tivemos uma experiência imensamente incrível com o Hotel Ramada. Da recepção ao quarto, tudo impecável, limpo e organizado. Tenho que ressaltar também o atendimento extraordinário da Jerusa e do Giuliano. Duas pessoas excepcionais num hotel excepcional. Levei toda minha família, parentela e amigos, todos ficaram imensamente satisfeitos. Quero deixar minha gratidão a todos deste maravilhoso ambiente e desejar todo sucesso no empreendimento !

Péssima experiência no hotel. Fiz uma reserva paga e, ao chegar para fazer o check-in às 1h15 da manhã, fui informada de que não poderia acessar o quarto, pois era necessária uma autorização da gerente. Tentaram contato com a gerente, mas sem sucesso.

Atendentes super atenciosos e hotel bem localizado, bom café da manhã. Porém, hotel com muito cheiro de esgoto, e quartos do fundo com cheio de mofo/bolor. Quarto sem cadeira/mesa e com apenas uma tomada disponível. Estrutura de quarto e banheiro precisa melhorar!! Não tem o padrão da rede Wyndham
