Hotel excelente, ótimo café da manhã, ambiente e quartos bem limpos. A comida à La Carte também é maravilhosa. Fui muito bem atendida, sem dúvidas voltaria a me hospedar nesse hotel.

Avaliação Negativa e Positiva
1-Pontos negativos: estacionamento com entrada e saída para o subsolo num espaço pequeno. Quando se está descendo se vier outro carro ele tem que voltar; pedi almoço no qto, solicitei que fossem pegar a bandeja e chegou o outro dia o qto com cheiro de comida e eles não foram pega a bandeja no chão ao lado da porta de entrada do qto . Assim foi feito, haja vista eles pediram pra fazer isso; porta do banheiro não fechava; até meia noite o portão da garagem fica aberto. Se chegar alguém a pé pela garagem pode entrar pelo elevador de serviços. 2-Pontos positivos: atendimento dos funcionários excelente; localização; alimentação; wifi; Limpeza. Perdão, mas tenho que faar a verdade para que haja uma melhora. O hotel é muito bom. Indico sim. Se resolverem essas pendências será o melhor hotel de Porto velho , sem dúvidas.

Estadia confortável
Quartos amplos, cama confortável e um excelente café da manhã, repleot de variedades.
Como ponto negativo, ressalto apenas que o box do nosso apartamento não vedava direito a água, molhando parcialmente o banheiro, outro ponto é o baixo isolamento acústico, sendo possível ouvir barulhos externos (como da rua e do estacionamento), mas, nada que incomodasse ao extremo.
