This property blatantly misrepresents its rooms on ******* by using pictures of the "suite" for the double room we purchased. We chose this hotel because the pictures of the rooms looked great. We were surprised to be given a tiny, dark prison cell of a room that looked nothing like the pictures. The shower is so small I could barely fit in it. The bed is terrible. When we asked about the room appearing different than the pictures, we were told we could have the "suite" for an additional $100 Euro per night. It turns out this "suite" is the room shown in the pictures for the double room we purchased. When we asked management they said the owner was not on the property and there was nothing they could do about it. We later found out this was the owner Felix, lying through his teeth in order to not refund us. We left the property immediately because ******* chat said not to worry, they would take care of it for us. It turns out that was not true either, after fighting with them for hours we got a partial refund. The owner refused to refund anything. This place is a scam, avoid at all costs.

Amazing views and very pretty. Quiet and enjoyable if you are looking for a quiet vacation or work remote place. The room is clean and the staff is friendly, the location is about 25 min walk to the city of Positano or you can take a bus or an overpriced taxi to town. It's also about 250 steps from a private beach and a very overpriced beach club. Overall had a great time.
