I had an amazing two day stay. It was a birthday present from my children. Everything was great. I think the best part though was the receptionist/clerk at the front desk. Her name is Candace. She was so kind, friendly and helpful. She helped me feel welcome and at home.

We stopped here on our travels to smokey mountains. It was a decent place. We were too tired to explore any amenities here, but the hotel rooms were fine.

Find a different hotel in the area to stay at. The hotel is run down and not worth the stay. The bed I slept in didn't sleep good and it only had a sheet on it to cover up with. Very disappointed in this Best Western!

The only pro is the cook was good at breakfast although limited. The cons are numerous: smelly room, noisy as walls seem thin, poor housekeeping (seems they need training or a checklist), slow maintenance, hot/cold reversed in room, bugs found, need better pest control inside and outside, vacuuming outside the room at 6:30am, no water offered to Diamond Select member (currently near 200,000 points).

King room suite was very spacious with living room area separate from bedroom. Made it nice for privacy between rooms.
