The room was very good and quiet. The room I stayed in was the smallest, but I personally thought it was quite spacious. Or maybe it was because I stayed alone.

Nice and inexpensive hotel, very friendly staff, central location, lots of shops, restaurants and the promenade in the immediate vicinity and within walking distance.
You can easily get to the beautiful Ao Manao beach from here.
Quite hard but still comfortable bed.
Unfortunately the air conditioning was very loud, no matter what mode it was in. We stayed 2 nights, during which time the garbage was not emptied and there was no fresh water.
Towels and bed linen were not changed either, but that is not necessary for 2 nights.
We would come here again and can recommend the hotel.
