Best friendly hotel staff and good coffee and location, beautiful garden!

The location of this hotel is fantastic,you are just a stone throw away from all the main locations like charles bridge, old town square, kafka head and many more. the breakfast spread were really nice. The services are on top each and every staff were humble and hospitable. The only problem I faced and it was a really big thing for me that wifi was not working at my room , it was so pathetic I couldn’t even able to made a whatsapp call. well overall I would really recommend this hotel. Please avoid room at the edge of 2nd floor if you willing to utilise wifi for your work or any other stuffs.

The transportation is very convenient. There are bus stops and subways nearby. The breakfast is delicious. The dishes change every day. There are hair dryers, towels, toiletries, hangers, and water. It is very convenient.

The location is very good. 2 minutes from the BTS station, the bedroom and bathroom are very clean. There is no telephone in the room. Friendly staff Provide assistance and answer questions very well.

The young people are very friendly, in general, but they are not attentive to the clients or at least, we hope that they are.

The hotel is located in a relatively remote side street, so it is very quiet. For security reasons, the door of the hotel needs to be opened by ringing the doorbell during the day, and after 10 o'clock in the evening, you have to enter the password to open the door yourself. The waiters at the front desk are warm and thoughtful, and their English with grunts sounds cute. The rooms are small but neat, clean and have everything you need. The breakfast is good, which is relatively rich in Europe. The location is actually not too good. It takes more than 20 minutes to walk from the train station and 10 minutes to walk from the Charles Bridge. Fortunately, they are not too far.

The friendly staff are very happy to assist passengers. Whether it is the receptionist, restaurant, or cleaning staff, the friendly greetings reduce the sense of strangeness and distance. The location is even more convenient, very close to the underground & overground, and very close to the scenic spots, very convenient.

Hotel very well located in Prague (5 min walk from Charles Bridge) Cleanliness in kindness. Perfect breakfast Meets my expectations. Recommended 👍👍

The facilities were good, and most of all, the staff were friendly. And there was a tram station right nearby, so it was very convenient to get around.
