The service is great. The guy at the front desk is very nice. Since we don't speak English very well, he directly translated what we said into Chinese on his mobile phone. There is a swimming pool and WiFi inside. The sea is connected to the back of the yard. The breakfast is very good. We didn't have dinner so we can't comment on it. Overall, it is very cost-effective and worth recommending.

Excellent accueil. Personnel très attentionné, gentil, efficace et bienveillant envers les clients. Nous souhaitions louer 1 voiture et la responsable nous a trouvé 1 loueur. En 15 minutes nous avions notre véhicule. Suite famille avec accès direct à la piscine et à la plage. Suite propre et bien agencée. Je conseille également le restaurant : le curry de poisson était excellent. Petit déjeuner copieux avec assiette de fruits frais. Je recommande !!!

Das Hotel ist insgesamt in einem renovierungsbedürftigen Zustand. Hinter dem Hotel liegt Grand'Anse, ein langer schöner ruhiger Strand. Unser Zimmer war eng, eine Sitzgelegenheit gab es auf der kleinen Terrasse vor der Schiebetür. Uns störte der Krach der nahen Hauptstraße. Das Frühstück wurde serviert und frisch zubereitet, war aber nicht besonders reichhaltig oder abwechslungsreich. Das Highlight waren die absolut freundlichen und bemühten Mitarbeiter, die sich wirklich um alles kümmerten. Vielen Dank dafür!

Personnel très accueillant et sympathique. Hôtel entretenu mais vieux . La Wi-Fi n est pas au top , le restaurant ouvre que le soir mais ce n est vraiment pas top et petit dej pareil dommage car belle emplacement.

It was a great experience in le relax hotel Praslin. We stayed for 3 nights in the hotel. I personally liked the location of the resort, not too close and not too far from the city and perfectly on the beach. The staff and manager were very professional and catered to all the requirements. Only thing was the internet keeps on breaking everytime. Will recommend them for your stay in praslin.
