The most luxurious and nice hotel in the area. The rooms are quite new. The ice cream in the lobby is delicious, and the desserts are also good. There is a beautiful lake. You can walk around the lake in half an hour. The environment is beautiful

This was not our first time to visit the hotel, and we loved it, as always. The housekeeping ladies were super kind and attentive to details. Also not to forget the Kids Club staff. They took such a good care of our daughter. Thank you for everything. See you soon

This was my first time at a European resort hotel and the experience was excellent. The first impression was a beautiful resort in an absolutely beautiful setting. The rooms were incredibly clean and comfortable with everything you could ask for to make your stay comfortable, including hair dryer, slippers and robes large enough to fit any size. The pool was large, clean, warm and comfortable with ample, comfortable seating, the balcony area had more comfortable seating with a gorgeous view of the lake and mountains. Spa experience was incredible - I had an excellent massage and the remainder of my time in the open spa area made me so relaxed and blissful. Walking trails were well maintained, food was non-stop and excellent. I would happily stay here again.

I recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency Pravets for a company teambuilding event, and I had a fantastic experience. The hotel offers an incredible view of the surrounding landscape, which is simply picturesque and perfect for relaxation. The staff was exceptionally welcoming and attentive, making sure all our needs were met throughout our stay. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, offering everything I needed for a pleasant stay. Whether you’re here for business or leisure, the Hyatt Regency Pravets provides a beautiful atmosphere, great hospitality, and an all-around enjoyable experience. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying again.

We had a great weekend at the Hyatt Regency Pravets Resort. I would like to especially say thanks to the Spa staff, they were extremely kind and helpful. The treatments were amazing. The baby loved the small pool. We will come back for sure again with my family.

The hotel is excellent, luxury and the staff is very kind and helpfull. We enjoyed everithing. Just one recommendation - better coordination is necesserry between the restaurant and the reception staff in case of room numbers having breakfast, lunch and dinner. Offer with beverages included also would be nice. We liked hotel and reccommend it as very nice place for families with children.

Great place, excellent housekeeping, the worst customer service i have ever seen in a hotel. Breakfast and dinner really good at Friday-Sunday and worse Monday-Thursday

A fabulous resort close to Sofia, this feels like luxury. Resembles a palace and the setting is so picturesque. Easily accessible from the main road yet quiet. Rooms are super comfortable and it was completely worth getting the lake view which elevated our stay to marvellous! The manicured lawns are immaculate and we enjoyed a lakeside drink followed by a swim in the huge indoor pool. Breakfast selection is top notch and we ate from the snack bar in the main reception and the food was delicious.
