Camera molto pulita, silenziosa e comoda. Personale molto gentile ed attento alle tue richieste ed esigenze. Buona colazione con salato e ottima scelta per la parte dolce. Un posto comodo, tranquillo in cui sei accolto da vero "ospite", da ritornare

Ottima posizione, servizo e accoglienza da non perdere! È la terza volta che andiamo e di nuovo ci siamo trovati benissimo. L'hotel si trova in un complesso dotato di bar, parafarmacia, negozi e tanto ancora, in una zona bellissimo come la Franciacorta.

La gentilezza e la cordialità di Enrico e del suo staff insieme alla posizione strategica della Locanda e ad una colazione da urlo fa sì che presto torneremo . Comodo per visitare le città di Bergamo e Brescia e nel bel mezzo delle terre del Franciacorta per chi volesse concedersi un tour eno-gastronomico con i fiocchi . Buona posizione per chi visita la franciacorta , è centrale e vicino a tutte le cantine. A pochi chilometri dal lago di Iseo, comodo per parcheggio e servizi nelle vicinanze. Personale gentile e attento al cliente.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura in quanto era inclusa in un pacchetto con Franciacorta tour. Assolutamente deludente, bocciata e molto sotto rispetto le nostre aspettative (e già erano bassine, visto le recensioni negative degli ex ospiti che purtroppo sono a confermare). In teoria un 3 stelle ma si avvicina a malapena ad una pensione a 2 stelle. Arredamento vetusto e sicuramente da rimodernare. Colazione pessima con prodotti confezionati e da discount dozzinale, pulizia approssimativa, assente un kit di cortesia, porta della camera e del bagno che non si chiudevano bene, zero insonorizzazione. I corridoi non erano riscaldati e quando uscivi dalla camera sentivi lo sbalzo di temperatura. L'unica cosa che si salva è la gentilezza e simpatia del proprietario che è attento al cliente però non basta per coprire tutti i difetti.
