Nice ,clean and quit . Every thing is organized. Need more signs for directions inside the resort . Extend time for hot tube and pool area for adults till 9.00p.m

Siamo tornati perché l’ultima volta eravamo stati benissimo ma siamo rimasti molto delusi. Il personale sembra totalmente impreparato e appena uscito dalla scuola e non in grado di rispondere alle più semplici richieste. Abbiamo segnalato problemi con il Wi-Fi (che contrariamente a quanto pubblicizzato funziona solo nell’albergo, nelle suites e negli appartamenti adiacenti non va e non c’è campo), abbiamo chiesto informazioni sul noleggio bici e stiamo ancora aspettando risposta sull’eventuale disponibilità. Purtroppo l’episodio più increscioso è avvenuto proprio con il direttore al quale abbiamo immediatamente segnalato un danno che nella prima notte abbiamo subito all’auto parcheggiata all’interno della struttura. Il suddetto con tutta calma dopo che gli abbiamo inviato mail e fotografie come da richiesta, ed essersi negato per chiarimenti per un’intera giornata, al momento del check out si è degnato di incontrarci per dirci che era molto dispiaciuto per l’accaduto ma che non poteva far nulla. Insomma capacità manageriali assenti come si evince anche dalla professionalità dei collaboratori a cui si affianca. Insomma la struttura sarebbe carina ma confrontandoci con altri ospiti - assidui frequentatori - ci hanno tutti confermato che il cambio di management ha inciso negativamente sulle condizioni e la qualità è decisamente peggiorata. Per concludere: se volete rilassarvi davvero investite altrove i vostri risparmi e il vostro tempo.

Abbiamo soggiornato due notti.. iniziamo dalle camere, umide, sporche, tende sporche chissà da quanto non le lavano. Non è possibile gestire in autonomia il riscaldamento perché se in camera ci sono 24° non puoi accedere.. ovviamente non avremmo acceso per il freddo ma per togliere un po' di umidità quello si!! Passiamo alla colazione, per chi ama la colazione dolce consiglio una pasticceria in zona, prodotti industriali di pessima qualità, briosche surgelate in un 4 stelle?? il salato si salva se si mangiano le uova, per il resto pessimo! Passiamo alla spa: piscina interna e idromassaggio discrete, ma arriva la nota dolente quando accendiamo alla spa privata per due persone , due ore 130€.., all' interno c'è una vasca idromassaggio per una persona.. un bagno turco, e le docce emozionali (che lateralmente non funzionavano a causa del troppo calcare!), morale.. dopo un' ora siamo usciti.. Passiamo alla struttura, da sistemare quanto prima.. muffa ovunque, rattoppi per le perdite d'acqua, ammaccature sui muri.. insomma forse per il servizio del golf gli hanno dato 4 stelle, ma non di certo per tutto il resto. Unica nota positiva il garage a disposizione. Chiudiamo in bellezza.. si fa per dire.. lasciando un commento al ragazzo della reception, in un 4 stelle non mi aspetto di trovare del personale con mutande con striscia fucsia in vista, camicia bianca per metà fuori dai pantaloni, e sgualcita.. Insomma, un disastro di posto.. non vi fate ingannare dalle foto perché quando arrivate capite subito che la realtà è ben diversa.

Niente da ridire sulla struttura. sull'organizzazione e la logistica. Arrivato di sera vengo invitato a raggiungere la reception (a piedi circa 300 metri) per il check in. Datami la chiave mi invitano ad attendere l'autista che con un caddy mi accompagnerà. Il percorso è tortuoso attraverso il campo di golf. Riferimenti zero, nessuna legenda sulla disposizione delle stanze. Più tardi dopo cena cerco di raggiungere la stanza ma rimango isolato in mezzo al buio nel nulla. La ricezione del cellulare è pessima mi riesco a chiedete aiuto tramite amici. Vago per mezz'ora cercando a tastoni la stanza. Finalmente.mi soccorre un inserviente e mi accompagna. Tutto indecente ed insicuro per chi dovesse abbandonare la stanza velocemente e non avere Riferimenti chiari. Anche la mappa del sito che ci han dato non riporta le stanze. Esperienza da non ripetere.

This was our 6th year staying at the resort. We had a great stay as usual. The service at the Clubhouse for dinner is exceptional from the Team - Nicola, Constantine and Antonio deserve a special mention, they always make dining such an amazing experience. Lunch was generally good, a few days short staffed but otherwise runs well. Breakfast is well stocked and plentiful, teapots for tea appreciated but please bring back the small jugs for milk to use at the table. The omelette chef this year didn’t seem to understand English or Italian and left his station quite a lot. An Italian vegetarian guest was trying to ask that that the Chef used fresh utensils to make his omelette so there wasn’t any cross contamination with any meat but this fell on deaf ears. We tend to use the indoor pool which is well maintained, the ladies Spa toilet could do with more cleaning checks during busy times, especially before lunch as it can get a little messy in the one loo available. Our spa treatments (nail and massage) were good. Reception are always really responsive to messaging regarding any questions throughout the stay. The friendly guy at the gatehouse entry didn’t complain about our Amazon book delivery when we needed to order more. Thank you for another great stay and see you in 2025!

Un resort magnifico, spazi enormi, 3 piscine (differenti una dall'altra), SPA, un campo da golf da 27 buche, garage, tanto verde il tutto caratterizzato da stanze raffinate e luminose e tanta cura nei particolari. Colazione abbondantissima, variegata e di qualità. Pranzo a bordo piscina e cene presso la golf hause. A proposito del golf, il campo è tenuto in modo encomiabile, le buche ed i tee segnalati benissimo e bellissimi green. Campo difficile ma che da soddisfazioni enormi. Ultimo ma dal valore primario: il personale. Dalle addette alla pulizia delle stanze al Manager, passando per il personale di reception per arrivare ai camerieri... TUTTI indistintamente sempre pronti a supportare le nostre esigenze: gentilezza professionalità attenzione in primo luogo.
