The room was too small and too warm without a.c. The reception was closed from 9 p.m with no one to turn to.we would never sleep there.

Non sono andato Avevo prenotato 5 camere per fine gennaio/inizio febbraio con pagamento anticipato con sconto 15% sulla base di una loro offerta. Provato a fare il pagamento con carta di credito, mi viene detto che non riescono a prelevare un acconto di 1.000 Euro a garanzia (?). Chiedo via mail di fornirmi i dati della loro banca per effettuare il pagamento dell'intera cifra concordata. Nessuna risposta per due giorni. Telefono per sollecitare i dati bancari e mi dicono che nel frattempo c'è stato un rincaro di 100 euro a notte per ogni camera. Nel mio caso si tratta di un aumento di 500 euro a notte. Mi viene detto da una signorina al telefono di mandare la loro offerta che sarebbe stata rivista da chi l'aveva inviata. Anche in questo caso nessuna risposta Se questo è un albergo serio......

ATTENZIONE AI PREZZI!!!!! La scarsa, anzi totalmente assente, disponibilità del personale ha disincentivato in partenza il soggiorno. Ho prenotato on line una notte al costo di 118,00 €. Dopo 30 minuti ricevo mail di cancellazione per rifiuto della carta di credito (ho sbagliato l'inserimento). Ho chiamato per chiedere di poter confermare la prenotazione fornendo il numero corretto della carta ma mi riferiscono che nel mentre (in soli 30 minuti) però il prezzo è diventato di 135,00 € a notte (pare perchè nel mentre sono arrivate altre 5 prenotazioni, quindi "più aumentano le prenotazioni più aumentano i prezzi" (cit). Mi viene "tra e righe"dato della barbona, dicendomi che sono solo 17,00€ di differenza (potrei dire lo stesso a loro, che non sanno che "il cliente ha sempreragione"). Volevo semplicemente risolvere un problema su una prenotazione già effettuata ma non c'è stato verso, o riprenotavo a prezzo maggiorato o nulla.... quindi: nulla! Aggiungo che on line il prezzo era 118,00, poi è diventato € 135,00 con la scritta "special offert".... Specchietto per le allodole e gli allocchi!

We've stayed at this hotel last year I think in the same room. It's a very good place. The location is next to the highway. The room is not large but decent size, well maintained, finished with wood giving it nice Alpine feel. The bathroom is small and the shower stall is dated but everything is functioning. Good breakfast.

Soggiorno molto bello. L'hotel ha raggiunto le aspettative, pulizia ottima, colazione strepitosa unica pecca sala piccola per tutti gli ospiti ma comunque alla fine ci siamo seduti tutti tranquillamente a giro.

Hotel molto carino e curato, la nostra camera aveva una vista stupenda, proprio di fronte a un bosco, le camere molto carine e pulite... Colazione: molto varia, ottimi prodotti, vasta scelta dal dolce al salato. La zona bar è molto bella e accogliente, con ottima selezione di vini. Ottima anche la posizione. Consigliato! Ci torneremo sicuramente!!

L'Hotel si presenta bene. Ha il garage ma a pagamento. La struttura dispone di posti macchina/moto esterni e non coperti ma gratis. La colazione non eccelle ma è accettabile. Il locale è a meno di 20 kin. A piedi dal centro di Ponte di Legno. Locali per cenare o pranzare sono nelle vicinanze e non sono male. Possibilità di convenzione con l'hotel. Bella esperienza.

A very pleasant experience for my friend and I. The hotel was very clean, well equipped with comfortable rooms, a very nice lounge, excellent breakfast, beautiful outdoor areas and magnificent views. Would definitely go back!
