ETT FANTASTISKT hotell, missa inte detta!! Det kostar en slant men det är verkligen valuta för pengarna. Fantastiskt läge, otrolig service av all personal, utsikten från rummet, den helt galet goda frukosten, allt summerar till en oförglömlig upplevelse. Res hit för att skapa minnen som kommer vara för evigt.

Io e mia moglie più di una volta siamo stati in questo hotel per passare un bel weekend. L’ hotel rispecchia in pieno le 5 stelle lusso. Le camere tutte suite con balcone si affacciano sul lago con una pulizia impeccabile. La spa e la piscina esterna riscaldata davvero meravigliose . Ristorante e bistrot offrono piatti davvero ottimi. Il personale ti rende ancora più piacevole il soggiorno. Un grazie particolare a Simone il ragazzo della reception, al barman Lorenzo, al filippino della cucina sempre sorridente e al direttore dell’ hotel sempre disponibile a scambiare due chiacchiere con i clienti e né nominerei altri ancora ma non ricordo i nomi, insomma hotel FAVOLOSO .

Struttura molto bella in posizione panoramica spettacolare, ma alcune cose non le vedo da 5 stelle L. Arriviamo e lasciamo macchina al posteggiatore, che ci comunica che i bagagli li troveremo poi in stanza. Facciamo check-in e ci viene chiesto di pagare subito il pernottamento (????), dopodiché veniamo fatti accomodare in terrazza (meravigliosa!) per aperitivo di benvenuto. Dopo circa 15 minuti ci accompagnano in stanza, molto bella nulla da dire, ma i bagagli non ci sono. Aspettiamo un po’ ma poi ci ritroviamo a telefonare in reception per sollecitare, e finalmente dopo altri 15 minuti arrivano. Per tutta la durata del soggiorno al momento dell’accensione della tv davano il benvenuto ad un cognome che non era il nostro! La cosa che ci ha lasciato più sconcertati è che la nostra stanza era a fianco ad una delle suite, e i balconi confinanti erano divisi da una semplice paretina non insonorizzante e con fessura di circa 1/2 centimetri che affacciava direttamente sulla jacuzzi tonda esterna…diciamo che per fortuna la suite non era occupata se no ci sarebbe stato un serio problema di privacy! Spa meravigliosa, dove però consiglierei di aggiungere qualche scelta in più all’angolo tisane e qualche grado in più all’acqua della piscina interna! Un applauso alla colazione , alla pulizia della stanza e alla gentilezza dello staff

Parto subito col dire (e si capirà dalle mie recensioni sul profilo) che sono una persona molto esigente, soprattutto quando spendo i miei soldi per un servizio e sono abbastanza sconcertata da alcune recensioni negative lette sul luogo in oggetto. Ormai sono 4 anni che con mio marito ci concediamo un week end all’anno in questo posto da sogno, dove tutto è perfetto e nulla è lasciato al caso. Partendo dalla location stupenda e curata nei minimi dettagli; le camere sono moderne, eleganti ma allo stesso tempo calde; la spa è una delle più belle mai viste e tutto, ma proprio tutto, il personale è capace di farti sentire a casa. La pulizia è impeccabile, mai una virgola fuori posto. Il letto uno dei più comodi mai provati. Noi amiamo così tanto questo posto che ci siamo tatuati il simbolo del cigno celtico (Eala, logo dell’hotel). I due ristoranti presenti sono uno più buono dell’altro. Un grazie a tutto il personale che ogni volta ci fa sentire ben voluti e coccolati, dal gentilissimo ragazzo del bar (Lorenzo se non sbaglio), a Simone della reception, al ragazzo filippino della cucina che con il suo sorriso meraviglioso è capace di entrarti nel cuore e per finire con il direttore sempre disponibile per fare due chiacchiere. Siete una squadra meravigliosa e non vediamo l’ora di tornare (abbiamo già prenotato il prossimo soggiorno).

We spent 4 nights here for our honeymoon in June and it was spectacular. The hotel is immaculately presented and the views from every aspect are stunning. By far the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in.
The service is like nothing I’ve ever experienced, there is so much attention to detail. The shuttle service back and forth from Limone is excellent, we never had to wait long and the drivers were very friendly and informative.
We were told when we arrived that the hotel was at full capacity but you wouldn’t have known. No area of the hotel was ever too busy. It was generally very quiet and peaceful and there were always more than enough sun loungers to choose from.
We stayed in the Nemos Junior suite and all I can say is wow. We were showered with complimentary gifts, chocolates, sweets and drinks to acknowledge our honeymoon which was lovely. The only negative I have is that the balconies aren’t very private. The dividers between each balcony have large gaps in them so you’re able to see straight through to next door. It normally wouldn’t bother me but as there is a lovely big jacuzzi on the balcony you would think it would be made more private.
Finally the food… we went to Lake Garda with the intention of eating out in the town everyday to experience the local cuisine. However we tried the beach grill and the restaurant at the hotel and they were by far the best meals we had whilst away.
If you’re looking for a hotel to celebrate a special occasion it has to be this one!

We just did the day spa on a rainy day and it was perfect. We booked a couples massage, enjoyed the indoor pool and all of the spa facilities. My surprise favourite was the ice room after the sauna! Also the scented warm and cool misting room. Oh, and the jetted lounging part of the hot tub. It was all lovely. Highly recommend splurging a little for this experience.
