Fantastiskt hotell, med exklusiv charm om en än något bedagad. Utsikten från rummets altan var ljuvlig, parken, poolen och stranden likaså. Mytomspunnen plats som fd sommarresidens åt ”The house of Savoy”. Värt varenda öre!!!

mi matrimonio fue simplemente perfecto, un verdadero lugar de sueño. Cada detalle, desde la encantadora ubicación hasta el impecable servicio, superó nuestras expectativas. La comida estaba deliciosa, muy bien presentata. Me sentí excelente por el servicio que me prestaron me sentí en casa el gerente muy agradable, dulce, suave e la conversaciòn y el trato educando y profesional siempre disponible y su equipo simpatico cortès.

Das Hotel, das sich über verschiedene Gebäude erstreckt, liegt in einer sehr gepflegten Gartenlandschaft mit vielen alten Palmen. Es lässt sich als luxuriöse Oase am Rande des hektischen Zentrums von Formia (kleine Hafenstadt) beschreiben. Im Garten findet sich auch der große Pool mit extra Kleinkindbecken. Der Privatstrand ist fast durchgängig sandig, im Übrigen großkiesig. Durch Buhnen wird ein Meeresteil abgetrennt, in dem sich fast bei jedem Wetter baden und schwimmen lässt. Leider schließen Strand und Pool schon um 18.00. Unser Zimmer zum Meer war ruhig und bot einen Balkon mit prächtigem Blick auf Gaeta. Der Reinigungsservice funktionierte und putzte sehr sauber. Ganz durchgehalten wird der Stil der Möbel leider nicht. Von der alten etwas unpraktischen Kommode bis zum Kunststoff-furniertem Schränkchen mit Safe und Minibar war alles vorhanden. Das Frühstücksbuffet zeichnete sich zwar durch viel Süßgebäck und Obst aus, leider fehlte die ähnliche Auswahl an Brot- und Wurstwaren. Toll waren hingegen das Mittag- und Abendessen im Restaurant. Regelmößig wurde eine Auswahl an ausgezeichneten und hochwertigen primi und secondi (Fisch- und Fleisch) vom sehr freundlichem Personal geboten.
