Straight forward, and comfortable room.
I stayed here for my first night on arriving into Palermo before setting off around Sicily. It was around 25 minutes from Palermo airport, and a nice location to stay after a late arrival.
Great help to check in from my hosts even though I had been delayed on arrival through the airline, and also car hire collection was slow. Simple breakfast of pistachio croissants available at local cafe the next day and the room was simple, and adequate.

Io,mio marito e mia figlia di 5 anni abbiamo pernottato in questa struttura per 3 notti. La camera tripla è semplice ma dotata di ogni comfort, incluso il mini frigo e piccolo balcone. La colazione ( solo dolce) non offre ampia scelta ma vale la pena gustarla in questa sala a vetrate vista mare spettacolare! Il proprietario Biagio è un ragazzo giovane, davvero gentile e disponibile, ci ha consigliato su cosa andare a visitare e dove mangiare bene in zona. Unica pecca: la pulizia. Su vari siti vanta "pulizia impeccabile" . Personalmente al momento del nostro arrivo soprattutto in bagno c'erano diversi capelli a terra, il secondo giorno non ci hanno nemmeno riordinato la camera. Il terzo giorno la camera è stata riordinata ma ci hanno lasciato i cestini della "differenziata" pieni zeppi. Consiglio al proprietario di rivedere la pulizia perché è stata molto deludente e rovina tutto il resto che è stato perfetto!
