Very good hotel, location is a bit far away from venice city centre. It takes 30 eurs to go to Venice Mestre by taxi, alternatively 20eurs to the nearby railway staion

Excellent 5 star facility and very professional staff. Due to a "technical" problem certainly not attributable to the hotel (it can happen) the booked room was not available and there were no other free rooms in the hotel. Upon my arrival the staff explained to me what had happened and re-protected me in a similar facility nearby. And as a benefit for the inconvenience received, they invited me to dinner as their guest (amazing dinner). What can I say... the ability of the staff can be seen in the face of the unexpected, and the staff of the facility proved to be very, very capable. 5 star hotel not only for the "walls", but above all for the staff. Well done.

This is not your typical 5 star hotel. An old villa converted into a hotel quite a long time ago. This is not to say that it is luxurious, but it is very authentic. The villa itself and the restaurant are very beautiful - wonderful interiors, antique furniture, a restaurant with panoramic windows and excellent service. This is all great. However, the room itself was renovated quite a long time ago, it cannot be said that it is cozy, and not at all like in the picture. I had a garden suite. Two rustic rooms on the ground floor. The gardener started working at 7 am, so it was impossible to sleep. The room was quite cold; it took a day for it to warm up enough. The ventilation and heating systems are no longer modern. The location is remote. Nearby there is a small village where there is a pizzeria and a couple of cafes. There is nothing to do here without a car, but if you have one, it is quite convenient to move around the entire region.

Horrible experience- property is very dated. Beds extremely hard. Pool is the nicest thing about this property BUT it closes at 6pm so if you arrive after this time - you won’t be able to use it.
Very unfriendly front desk staff.
Nothing around.
No music in the only dining they have which also closes at 9:30pm
No instructions on usage of the fridge - we didn’t even know that everything in the mini fridge we have to pay for - there was no pricing or instructions about that.
