Excellent position

It's very comfortable and nice. It's like staying in a palace. The service staff are also very enthusiastic. The restaurant inside is also delicious. The price is not expensive, only 1,000 per person. The spa inside is very good.

Franchement c'est plus un 3 étoiles qu'un 4 étoiles. Très basique, le prix est abusé pour les commodités proposer, ça se ressemble plus à un appartement rénové. Par contre ils acceptent avec joie les animaux. Les chambres c'est juste pour dormir. L'heure de checkout est à 10h ce qui n'est pas ouf. Bref ils sont surclassé mais au moins le bâtiment semble récent. Le week-end ils n'hésites pas à ce positionner sur des tarifs comme 300 euros la nuit. Le café dispo dans les chambres c'est un vieux sachet avec une thelliere. Par contre l'emplacement est cool pour une nuit. Venez en semaine ça dépanne 😀 Ps: me bar est la pour la décoration

Except that the location is not as good as another five-star hotel, (the location is about 1 km away, but at night, when the lights of the two small islands are dim, this point is exceeded), everything else exceeds expectations.

Il est regrettable, alors que l hôtel était presque vide , d’avoir eu une chambre pour personne à mobilité réduite. La salle de bain n’était pas du tout fonctionnelle , pas agréable , trop petite. Nous en avons fait part à un membre de la réception qui nous a répondu : oui vous avez raison . Dommage

My intended booking was at splendid hotel in lugano but once I went there I realised that it was at baveno 😅 ,so I took a taxi for 350 euro to go there . The front desk upgraded my rooms to lake views for 80 euro/night. The gym is for 12 euro /person, the breakfast is about average nothing special. The front desk are nice people but they put an extra service charge for that(optional). The view from the balcony was beautiful.

Breakfast is too good! The train station walks 300 meters. Opposite the lake can take a boat. Bathroom accessories are exquisite! Staff is very friendly and introduces many attractions! The lake room is great
