This hotel is very good, only the second time to take a shower, the water is not hot, it is the first time. The hallways are a bit messy, they have carpeted almost all of them and apparently they don't vacuum very often.

Nunca imaginé encontrar un lugar tan acogedor , bonito y excelente servicio a una cuadra del zócalo poblano, la atención es excelente ,la comida deliciosa , y en la noche el ambiente me pudo fascinar porque había una cantante y pude relajarme en la alberca calientita súper a gusto , instalaciones también excelente ,la verdad mega recomiendo !

Hotel stile coloniale, molto curato, terrazzino che dava sul patio interno semi coperto dove era collocata la piscina ed i tavoli per la colazione. Letti king size e comodi. Poco distante dal centro cittadino. Purtroppo ci ho trascorso una sola notte poiché eravamo in tour.. Lo consiglio..

El fin de semana pasado nos quedamos mi familia y yo. Fue una muy buena experiencia, el servicio excelente, las habitacionesestán recién remodeladas, y tienen todos los servicios. Probamos el mole de caderas, que de verdad es una exquisitez! La zona de alberca con el restaurante es hermoso. Y la alberca está climatizada y aparte tiene jacuzzi, que está el agua deliciosa! Muy recomendado!

El dia de ayer me quede en el hotel y con la gran sorpresa que su alberca esta de primer nivel con un gran servicio. Un Hotel muy bien ubicado dentro del corazón de la Ciudad de Puebla. Cuenta con estacionamiento algo muy bueno ya que en otros hoteles no cuentan con esto. Los precios son accesibles para todos las carteras. Una gran opción en Puebla.

Me parece un hotel muy bonito en el Centro histórico de Puebla, excelente para viajes de familia de fin de semana y negocios. El personal es muy amable y las habitaciones están recién remodeladas. Sin duda alguna regresaré pronto a puebla en este hotel.
