Sábanas sucias
En la segunda noche me percaté que las sábanas estaban manchadas y lo reporté a administración, sin embargo no se solucionó el problema ya que el empleado dijo que las sábanas diario las traían de lavandería y aunque vio las manchas y le tomó foto no solucionó. No vuelvo a ese hotel.

15 Minutes and Out
I, unfortunately, did not have a good experience with Hotel Star Express Puebla and had to check out fifteen minutes after arriving. The issue was that the room did not have a window, which could have been fine if there was a way to control the temperature, but there was no AC or a fan, which just made the room's air still and insufferable. Second, the most pressing issue was a lingering awful smell of sewage from the bathroom. It was so strong and intense it was making me nauseous. My colleague staying in the same hotel had the same issue with the smell, so it wasn't just my room. With these issues, we opted to leave. Although we were told we would not get a refund, we did not care because it was terrible.
