Very clean hotel, very welcoming and attentive staff.
Rooms cleaned every day.
Good and varied breakfast buffet.
Parking space around the hotel.
Some coves around the hotel 15 minutes away.

It was overall a very nice stay until the last day. For some reason my bed sheet wasn’t changed since I spotted a stain I saw the day before and my hair was still on the bed. It looked like the housekeeper only made the bed without changing the bed sheets. Also my toilet wasn’t cleaned either and it started to smell really bad after the day 2. There is no way of contacting the reception desk from the room and it is way too inconvenient as the building I was staying was 1 min walk from the main building and there was no elevator. The reception desk ladies were super friendly and helpful though. Swimming pool, bar and breakfast were quite nice and hotel is located right in front of the sea so I could definitely enjoy the view from the balcony. I do recommend it but just be needy and get your rooms cleaned properly 🤣

Ya no te puedes fiar de la estrellas que dicen tener, como mucho da para 2 estrellas. Toda la semana uno de los 2 ascensores que baja al comedor averiado, en la habitación la cisterna del vater se queda atascada y tienes que apretar varias veces para que deje de tirar agua, las lamparitas de la habitación están que se caen, cando llegamos las puertas del armario estaban fuera del rail y no corrian. El desayuno siempre lo mismo, la comida y cena se salvan porque hay pescado y carne de pollo o cerdo para plancha. El único tesoro del hotel el personal, atento, amable y siempre para ayudarte con una sonrisa.

Starting with very polite staff. Happy to help if needed. You can tell it's not an all-inclusive hotel, as the food was amazing! No bulk cooking, pool bar especially, was freshly made to order. The club sandwich was to die for. There were alot of choices for breakfast. Rooms cleaned daily, pool area always clean - if you smoke, designated areas. Just generally a lovely hotel and would stay again

We came early October and we came for a relaxing break which in all fairness we got. The area was quiet. The room we we're given initially was at the back of the hotel so we decided to upgrade to a room with a sea view and I'm glad we did. Lovely view in the end. Food was awful in the evening, on our first night we had chicken which was raw - this chicken was cooked in front of us too so had no excuse to be this way. At breakfast it was slightly better but it was the same each and every morning - no variety at all and it became boring. The pool picture above is of the second pool which is over the road from the main hotel reception and this pool is generally quiet and relaxed but really cold. Gets colder when the sun goes behind the buildings too - we didn't spend much time in there. The other pool which again was cold had a bar next to it but we didn't spend much time there as there we're lots of flies about and it was irritating to say the least. The staff we're lovely and helpful, rooms we're clean and tidy and the beds we're comfy.

We have recently returned from a weeks holiday. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The welcome at 3 am was friendly, but not really any information was provided. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed was comfortable. We were in the main block overlooking the entrance. Breakfast was always plentiful and did have something for everyone. The view while your eating is beautiful. The staff were all super friendly and always offered help when needed. John especially seemed to be everywhere and always greets you with a smile. The pool by the breakfast area doesn't open until 12 but was very peaceful and relaxing. The main pool had a great fully stocked bar but did run out of Mojitos quite often. The snack bar had everything you needed. The club sandwich always filled the spot. Again, John tended to be here serving drinks and food. There were plenty of sunbeds, and it certainly paid off to be there out of season. If you're looking for a party, this is not your hotel. There are some great restaurants within a 10 minute walk in both directions from the hotel and the beach is about 15 -20 minute walk. However, it is a fair walk. I would highly recommend staying for a relax and recharge holiday. No real negatives that would impact your stay.

Gracias por todo Hotel Vistamar! Ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in einem sauberen, herzlichen sowie empfehlenswerten 4 Sterne Hotel. Das Team war stets aufmerksam, bemüht und zuverlässig was den Service betraf. Von der Rezeption bis hin zur Reinigungskraft! Die Gegend war ruhig und vielseitig einladen. Wellnessprogramm gibt es auch direkt Vorort. Die Massagen von Valeria waren sehr erholsam, um tiefenentspannt in den Tag zu starten, vielen Dank! An der Poolbar kümmert sich eine gut glaunte Crew um einen, lieben Gruß an der Stelle! Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden sowie angenehm warzunehmen. Der Blick vom Zimmer aus wird seinem Namen (Vistamr) definitiv gerecht. Danke für eure Gastfreundschaft! Liebe Grüße, AP
