I was assigned a corner room with two balconies on the top floor. It was so nice because the cool breeze came in and the low roof of the house was pretty. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was delicious and nice. I think I will visit again when I come back to Tenerife.

Room was clean enough, that's the only reason for the 2 stars. Walls are paper thin so can literally hear everyone's conversations, can hear TV's and showers and toilets from other rooms. No air conditioning, the fan that was provided wasn't sufficient enough. Breakfast was mediocre at best, dirty glasses and coffee cups. Staff were friendly enough though so can't fault them, towels changed daily.

Location is excellent few mins walk from main area rooms are very old but clean, I was solo traveller and felt really safe here, staff doing breakfast are lovely so are maids. Pools small but ideal as not many people go up there so plenty of loungers defo worth the 550 I paid for flight and room.

De diez. El personal es encantador y atento. La gente del comedor muy cercanos y amigables. Las habitaciones están muy correctas y en buen estado, no son las más modernas pero están excelentes. Tienen bañera. La ubicación inmejorable, a dos pasos de la Plaza del Charco y frente a la estación de autobuses que te llevan por toda la isla. La piscina es pequeña pero siempre que fuimos había muy poquita gente así que bien. Tienen socorrista. Contratamos media pensión y por el precio que pagamos aceptamos de buen grado la cena, pero podrían subir un poco más la calidad de sus platos. No destaca por dar bien de comer/cenar. El desayuno, en cambio, fantástico. Es un punto a mejorar, sin duda, pero nada tiene que ver esto con la valoración del hotel.

Highly recommend, this hotel is very clean.. breakfast was included and the pool ontop of the roof was pretty small but I used the public pool, the reception staff helped me whenever and gave me directions and information, it's very central and I would stay again. I have no complaints what so ever... only thing I can suggest is having air con which the fan wasn't the best but still didn't effect my stay. Very lovely hotel with lovely friendly staff. Went solo and room was really small but I didn't mind
