Hotel Tropical

Fuimos a las 12 y esperamos hasta las 15 porque no podíamos entrar bueno eso no nos parecía tan malo esperamos,al llegar de nuevo habian 4 personas por delante esperamos y a la hora de llegar nuestro turno nos dijo que todavía teníamos que esperar un rato mas en total entramos a las 4 de la tarde y al llegar encontramos un sulo de habitación sin balcón lo peor que tenían y encima nos encontramos la papelera llena de basura que adjunto en las fotos no lo recomiendo para nada y el recepcionista está en el aire súper lento

If you are looking for a central hotel to visit the city, this is yours, because the only good thing it has is the location. Although parking is very difficult. They assigned us a room and as soon as we entered we found a cockroach. We asked for a room change and they gave us another. The room does not have almost any of the things it says it has, no iron, no coffee maker, no nothing. It has a pot and a fork, but that's it. The refrigerator is small and cools when it wants (we left a bottle in the freezer overnight and it woke up not frozen). The bed is uncomfortable, the pillows are excessively thin, you wake up with back pain the next day. The "kitchen" is located behind a closet that doesn't even close. One of the days we had problems with the cleaning of the room. The bathroom pipes smell. The area is noisy, right below there is a restaurant which has performances until 00:30, so you won't sleep until it's over. It does not have air conditioning. In short, I do not recommend this hotel. The only good thing that stands out is the attention of the reception staff. But it's not worth it. If you are looking for a hotel in the area, choose another one.

Great hotel, delicious food. Great service. Close to the bus stop. You can visit the entire island. Two swimming pools, peace and quiet, complete relaxation. Rooms very clean, cleaned every day. The bar is open until 9:45 p.m. Drinks great. I highly recommend
