Hotel Borde Glaciar was a breath of fresh air when our initial reservation at a different hotel was not honored. Despite it being late at night, the hotel staff was friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. They even called the other hotel to advocate for us. Breakfast was delicious and the staff assisted with arranging a taxi to the airport. Would certainly stay here again.

Great little spotless hotel. Staff all great and good location with amazing views. Adequate breakfast and restaurant and bar also good. It is 2 hours to TDP but we knew this before. Location outside of town also a blessing. Not a negative, but I charged meals to room and when I paid they tried to charge in USD and had rounded up the items. I insisted on paying in CLP which they did and saved a 2nd conversion to CAD and about 90 CAD. So all in all very happy with this place.

Muy buen hotel, no habia mucha gente entonces se sentia super tranquilo. Hay que ir con un buen vehículo, hay que subir un camino que no esta tan bueno. Buen desayuno y wifi. Reciben con un pisco sour gratis y agua. Queda un poco retirado de natales, no es como para ir sin auto.

This place is great! We didn’t leave our hotel much with the views from our room. They have a grand piano you can play, they have floor to ceiling views giving you a panoramic view of the beautiful mountains

The staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly. We were greeted by a host who answered all of our questions upon our arrival. Our room faced the fjord/bay and had a beautiful view of the harbour. We ate at the Borde Glaciar restaurant and were treated equally attentive service.

We stayed at the Best Western Puerto Natales for 5 days during our trip to see Torres del Paine, the Milodón Caves, puerto Natales and southern Patagonia. The hotel staff was wonderful, the room adequate but comfortable, the food good and the view beautiful. The hotel has just recently changed names so gets confused with the Border Glacier in downtown Puerto Natales. You will need to know this if taking a taxi or asking for directions. It is a little ways out of Puerto Natales, but you can take Ubers, taxis or rent a car. Don’t try to take an Uber from the airport, however. Take a taxi. This hotel is only 30 minutes to the Milidon Caves and about 1 1/2 hours from a Torres del Paine. It is a 5 minute drive to downtown Puerto Natales. I would stay here again:)

This hotel was booked for us as part of a tour. It's about 2km outside of Puerto Natales on a hill overlooking the inlet from the Pacific with snowcapped mountains in the background. The rooms are clean and have a rustic decor. The view from the rooms is like a postcard. It is a nice 40 minute walk along the sea to get into town, or a $4000 peso ($6 Canadian) cab fare. The staff are very friendly, and keep the hotel running smoothly. The breakfast was great, and we had a lovely meal in the restaurant one night. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Le personnel est très gentil et à l’écoute des clients, la vue est magnifique, les petits déjeuner sont très bon. On a passer un très bon sejour. les chambres sont très lumineuses et chaleureuses parfait pour un séjour en famille
