The hotel is located in an incredible place, pyramids is small, and this hotel has the best location and view, we were badly surprised because they really have a place to get the most out of it and it is neglected, dirty, and quite run down. The best thing is the view, that you go out directly to La Plata and that if you pay for a room facing the sea, you have a balcony to take advantage of. It is expensive for the service they offer. The worst breakfast I have had in all our trips. The best thing was the attention of the girls at the reception, from before we stayed they were attentive to our doubts/queries and during our stay they were super attentive to providing us with information. I especially appreciate Mailen's attention. As well as telling the rudeness and arrogance of one of the cleaning service girls, it caught my attention. The restaurant, a separate issue, is inside the hotel, do not make the same mistake of ours that, not knowing it, we stayed to eat there, VERY EXPENSIVE, the most expensive thing we paid in both piramides and madryn, VERY BAD price/quality ratio, and also dirty. There are other options in the town that are even better and in more picturesque bars/restaurants, with an impeccable quality-price ratio and delicious! Unfortunately we would not return to the hotel but to the town!
