It is a nice hotel and location, a perfect beach, I would say it is the best among all around; best snorkelling spot, can find Nemo in the sea right in front of the hotel by snorkelling. The setback is the hotel room is kind of run-down, service is not hospital enough, our last experience was very bad, the team unable to pull together to provide a decent smooth check in services; poor coordination, inefficient work order, no sense of urgency to sort things out especially the back of the house failed to deliver clean rooms to check in guest whom has been waited for hours there, many rooms were unable to deliver on the check-in time of 3 pm, we waited till around 2 hours to have our room key. Didn't notice any Manager in charge or Duty Manager around, maybe there is none in this hotel. Very sad the witnessed such poor hospitality service in such a beautiful property. We hope the Management or Owner would look into this and improve it.

The hotel is located in a beautiful bay, with a coral reef and a sandy beach. Having traveled to the neighboring beaches, we realized that this bay is the best and the low tides there are not noticeable at all. We only took breakfasts, the choice is good, for Asians there are more options) cleaning every day, the only thing is that the territory is not very clean, unfortunately there are a lot of fallen leaves and small garbage. There are a lot of different animals on the territory, monitor lizards, monkeys, chipmunks, everyone is very friendly)

We stayed for two days without cleaning, only new towels were given. The sea in front is super beautiful, you can see small sharks, rays, turtles, large anemones and small fish without going out to sea, the ecological environment is superb. The sound of the waves is not loud at night, and it is very good to sleep.

The hotel has an ideal location with its own bay. Much more pleasant, especially compared to all the hotels on Long Beach.
The facilities of the resort are very good and completely adequate. Unfortunately, they are poorly maintained.

The resort is in a spectacular location, but the staff service must be understood from the Malaysian standards outside the big cities, and you are in the middle of the jungle, on the best beach in Perhentian.
