I had a great stay and the staff are amazing! The staff in the executive sweet are so personable and kind - shout out to: Kavita Chef Atharva Chef Kamlesh Chef Nikhil Bharat Manyang Vedant And Kamal who works in Spice Kitchen I had was here for a whole month studying yoga and they made my stay very easy and comfortable. And just wonderful people to talk to and get to know. Look forward to seeing them all again!

Good room with proper pillows and best decorations for the birthday surprise and food is just awesome. Definitely a recommendation for anyone coming here. Abhishek from housekeeping is a very nice person and help us out with all room services and quick response.

It's a lavish hotel.i love the place which has great infrastructure.service is also very nice.servers are polite and they are ready to help.there are also various branded shops in hotel.it also have restaurants.

Great experience and warm welcome from the staffs. Especially Mr.Bemo served really well in the executive lounge. Even though it was the first visit for me he has accommodated everything he could. Really recommend everyone for this hotel

Great stay and great service at the lounge - Kavita and Bharat has taken great care of me! Excellent buffet breakfast and lunch at Spices restaurant. Fabulous service at this hotel from all! Rooms are clean and very comfortable! This is one of the best Marriott hotels in India!

Wonderful and classy hotel, but utterly chaotic Uber/ola pickup arrangements. Hotel designated pickup is somewhere in the back. Pickup location shown by Uber is in front. Drivers come naturally to the front and wait. Nobody informs them where to go, takes 5 minutes of talking over the phone to explain to the driver where to come, meanwhile guest is waiting in the heat sweating. Is it too complicated for a 5 star hotel to fix this mess and arrange the pickup point to match with Uber or Ola? The devil is in the details…

The hotel is as India "Amazing" I spent a large amount of time in the Executive Lounge and for this I must say a BIG Thank You to - Bevo, Kevita & Dipak for taking cafe of me the 1st week with all my food and drink requests. Everything was simply wonderful - service with a smile always guaranteed and nothing was too much trouble. Additionally my room was large but cosy at the same time and everything refreshed daily, and all special needs in terms if amenities organised accordingly, (room 2322) Thanks again for everything and can't wait to return again soon

It is always wonderful to be at JW... Kavita was very polite and hosted me like my family would do... It was really nice to have her take care of me..not only her chef Anil and there was another gentleman kamlesh who took care of every guest ensuring they were comfortable in the surrounding
