Wonderful and classy hotel, but utterly chaotic Uber/ola pickup arrangements. Hotel designated pickup is somewhere in the back. Pickup location shown by Uber is in front. Drivers come naturally to the front and wait. Nobody informs them where to go, takes 5 minutes of talking over the phone to explain to the driver where to come, meanwhile guest is waiting in the heat sweating. Is it too complicated for a 5 star hotel to fix this mess and arrange the pickup point to match with Uber or Ola? The devil is in the details…
