Generally speaking, the air is relatively good and quiet. The disadvantage is that the room is relatively old. It feels that it has not been renovated for many years. I think the service is very good. I spent more than 200 in one bedroom and one living room. I also sent unlimited hot spring baths for 2 people and breakfast for two people. It was really cheap. There was a bath in the room I lived in. There was a small problem in the bathtub, and the hotel staff solved it in the first time, and smiled full marks! When I left, the child didn’t have hot water to soak the milk. The hotel front desk also enthusiastically gave us boiled water. 園內環境還是挺不錯的，適合家庭親子聚聚，小木屋設計也挺好的，但是看得出日常設施及衞生維護做的挺一般的，很多都積滿灰塵，總是感覺臟臟的……住個一天半天還行，連住就沒必要了……小朋友很喜歡泡温泉，基本在大池泡，小池温度太高了，不過這個耐温程度因人而異，節假日過去還是人氣爆滿……

入住溫泉獨棟湯苑,設施依舊布點老化，但衛生可接受，環境很優美，觀察渡假村有新發展露營車、溫泉池、燒烤場，期望明年再去。

這間處於郊外的温泉酒店駕車從巿區過來半個小時可達，温泉在午後開始營業便陸續有客人駕車前來，看來不似會宿一宵的。不似是我住過的泉眼温泉酒店，温泉在酒店裡面，步出客房便可以浸温泉，盤龍灣酒店和温泉是分開的，由主樓過去較近，我的房間是在山丘上的公寓，登記入住後便須拖著行李爬上20多級石階踏著草坪去公寓，沿途看見有些住客穿著浴袍拖鞋去温泉，對我來說有些尷尬。 房間寛大但略殘舊，窗外望見草坪十分開揚，浴室有個大木盤供浸浴，但看來很久無用過了, 床單有些污穢, 是預期中事了。 餐廳在主樓，可點菜用餐，但營業時間至晚上八時，如想夜宵便要幫襯温泉區裡的小食亭了。餐廳早上8時開提供早餐，都是些粗糧，我最欣賞的是白粥，富潮州風味。 酒店馬路旁有燒烤吧和便利店。

住的是木屋房，整個木屋裡一股酸臭味，半夜遇到下雨屋頂整夜都滴滴答答響沒法睡，更加無語的是居然還漏雨，雨直接滴到頭上，無語😓體驗感很差。

一家人想着週六去放鬆 沒想到半夜給蚊子咬到睡不着 打了一衹又一衹 熬到天亮好不容易睡著了 樓下傳來咚咚咚響聲 打電話問前台樓下是不是在裝修 電話那邊男的説 有嗎?不知道 就把電話掛掉了 起來去關窗户 發現窗户是壞的 看到樓下在裝修 也不是裝修一兩天得樣子了 前台居然説不知道 退房的時候打電話來説少了兩張房卡 我們已經離店 在開高速 前台一直追問在哪裡 我説我在開車 房卡肯定是在房間 我要房卡有何用 前台就威脅説如果沒説出在哪裡 找不到就一張扣50 我在開高速就先掛電話了 沒想到隔沒兩分鐘 直接強行扣了我一百按金

房間水池説是可以泡 但是沒有熱水 一直都是温温的 温泉的地方服務真的太差了 沒有看到一個服務員 中途也沒毛巾可換 喝水就是飲水機的水 我們去其他地方都是各種的姜棗茶 體驗感真的很一般 酒店的地理位置那麼優美 但是服務那麼那麼一般

地方環境還不錯，就是吃飯的地方選擇比較少，可以叫酒店食堂送餐還可以，價格也比較公道。泡温泉離酒店有點距離，要去泡的人還是要注意保暖

前台服務還不錯的，餐廳師傅做的菜不錯價格也不貴，服務可以。就是服務員大姐好凶我們泡温泉回來路上好渴，房間紙巾是上一位客人用過少了服務員也不多配一個，看見有一部車在路上拿了一個紙巾和一支水喝服務員好凶説要給錢。要錢就好好説吧。幾百一晚都出了還差你幾元的水錢嗎？？？來過好幾次了以前網絡不行，衞生不行我們也不投訴。這次太那個了不愉快的一天，本來出來散散心好好的被人兇一頓。建議真的要好好培訓一下了。水才多少錢老闆至於那麼扣嗎？？？

更方面很好，就是房間的衞生間地下管味道太濃，能改善就完美了。
