The check-in took a long time. I had booked and pre-paid via trip.com but the receptionist couldn’t find the booking, though eventually did when I produced my email confirmation. The hotel is absolutely soulless. The room was adequate but with very basic furnishings. We stayed for one night as a stopover on our journey south from Battambang and I definitely wouldn’t want to stay longer.

Very to the town centre with walking distance. Rooms are reasonable big but furniture quite old. Serve local breakfast with limited Western food.

The hotel is very centrally located. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Hotel staff speaks English and is courteous and helpful. The breakfast was varied and delicious. The pool was clean and inviting for swimming.

This hotel is very good in all aspects (it has stayed dozens of times since the predecessor KM Hotel), but the current front desk performance is very poor and needs more training. According to the suggestion of the hotel manager, stay in the Deluxe Twin room for two nights, and it is also clearly stated that the number of occupants is two adults and three children (5 years old, 7 years old and 8 years old), USD 50 per night, and has been contacted many times before check-in The hotel manager ensures that the itinerary is foolproof, but due to the problem of the hotel's computer program, the room can only display three adults, the receptionist has a bad attitude and does not know how to think, and firmly deny that the hotel can provide two adults and three children rooms, and an extra room or another room is required. Plus the cost of breakfast for two children, does this mean that this hotel does not allow parents to take care of children together or stay in the same room with children.

In this area, it can only be a comparative evaluation. It should be the most upscale restaurant nearby. However, due to the epidemic, the canteen is closed and the affiliated SPA is also suspended. Although the hotel is not small in scale, but the equipment is relatively simple, but it is also in line with his pricing, not high, it can only be said that it is a restaurant mainly for rest, not a first choice for enjoying more modern tourism

Stayed over a number of weeks to and fro for business and was impressed with the pleasant rooms and friendly and helpful staff. Working in conservation and good to hear Simon the restaurant manager discussing plastic and how Cambodia needs to recycle more. Shout out to him and all staff for being so friendly. Made staying here a pleasure and the pool is fantastic. Just choose a quiet time as locals are able to use it, which isn't an issue but it can get busy after school finishes.

Big hotel, a bit old. Spacious room. Central. It has a restaurant, there are not many in Pursat. Large pool, on Sundays it is filled with families from the surrounding area, who pay the entrance. Good buffet breakfast.
