I found on Ctrip that the hotel was in the mountains from Puyehue to the Argentinian border. I was a little worried on the way there because I was afraid that the conditions would be poor, so I didn’t place an order immediately. When we arrived, we found that the hotel was in a wild luxury style. The front desk took us around the hotel. It has a beautiful large dome wooden restaurant, an indoor swimming pool, and an outdoor hot spring swimming pool. There are two types of rooms: cabins and tents. The tent is by the river, equipped with a wooden bathroom and an outdoor hot spring barrel. The river water is hot, and the mist is shrouded in the evening, which is very magical. The tent is heated and not cold at all. There is a coffee machine that can boil hot water. The bed was big enough and I slept well. The next morning I went to the hot springs for breakfast, which was very rich. It started at 8:30 on time, not even a minute earlier.

Nos quedamos en el Domo N° 1, el cual tenía su tinaja con filtración, lo que dificultaba su llenado, además el WC tenía una filtración que nos obligó a que nos cambiaran a un refugio. Falta más equipamiento en los Domos, por ejemplo copas para vino o espumante, descorchador. Sumado a lo anterior, en Restaurant, no estaba toda la carta disponible. En horarios de almuerzo se llena y garzones no logran atender de buena manera todas las mesas. Además tiene poca variedad de vinos y garzones olvidan detalles como colocar servilletas, rellenar la copa, o colocar aceite y sal. En otros aspectos, falta más orientación en cuanto a las alternativas de actividades que se pueden realizar, entregan información muy general y si no conocer y no hiciste una búsqueda previa no sabes qué realizar en el lugar.

Fue una buena experiencia, disfrutamos las termas con mi familia y descansamos. Las cabañas bien equipadas con buenas calefacción. Cómoda la tinaja de la cabaña. Un punto en contra la cafetería muy deficiente con lo que ofrece. Muy poco variedad, sobre todo para las personas que vienen por el día (venden pizzas congeladas) o si quieres comprar algún alimento o insumo que necesites urgente. Lo demás todo bien !
