The hotel is new and very clean. All the rooms are suites having a loft for luggage or ski gear etc. Bathroom is big and nice. Balcony is a plus. Location is 10 min from the slopes via shuttle bus which runs twice daily. There are 3 restaurants and a coffee shop and some other function rooms. There is also a ski rental shop in the lobby that gives big discounts on rental and ski lifts which we highly recommend. Service is good. The only downsize for us was that the room temperature was too high and could not be adjusted in time for it to cool down for the night. We called the reception every day to ask them to lower down the floor heating but the temperature was still very high, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. Therefore in the first night we opened the balcony door and as a result I caught a cold that lasted for the rest of the holiday. Overall it is a good place to stay.

It seems to be a popular place for long-term ski season stays or for athletes involved in related sports. When I first entered, I felt a subtle musty smell. The convenience stores and restaurants on the first floor were convenient to use. I stayed for 2 nights, but the floors were hardly cleaned, so I picked up dust on the soles of my feet the entire time I stayed.

Wow… I didn’t have high expectations and went there just because it was near Mt. Odae, but it was so nice. First of all, the hotel garden was great for a walk and was so pretty that it was the perfect place for healing. The hotel interior and rooms were both clean and nice. We stayed in the garden view, and the peaceful village and garden scenery was so beautiful. The breakfast food quality, menu, and service were all great. I think this is a hotel I’ll visit again.

The exterior of the villa all the way to the room iis extremely run-down and in need for a repair. The room while is ok clean, furniture and toilet are very dated. Staff can speak good English and service from the staff was commendable. For one night stay is ok, but not longer than that. No housekeeping service, but they are happy to get you small clean towel if you request. Will not recommend

Great location and very comfortable! The hotel staff have created a warm and welcoming environment with lots of cozy zones inside. Beautiful walking track around the lake out back. The only minor gripe I had was that the breakfast was mediocre and it got boring having the same spread every day, down to the types of fruit and drinks served. Staying at the hotel also ensures you get 30% off the ski lift and gear rental which was an added plus!

It’s a family ski trip for us, we are lucky to escape from the peak season, thus the hotel is less crowded and it feels more relaxed. The hotel is generally cleaned, the room is warm and even the floor is warm. No towel provided, so this needs to be noted. But we enjoyed the hotel as it’s very convenient to ski park.

Great location and it was fairly clean. However, the floor was extremely hard. We as a family stayed at other places that had floor sleeping arrangements but this was the worse of the lot. We then asked for more mats but we got told we have to pay extra for these. Getting extra pillows was ok. Might reconsider not getting a room without beds or go to a different hotel.

From Incheon Airport, take the Express Train to Seoul Station, transfer to KTX and go to Pyeongchang Station. There is a free hotel bus to the hotel. The hotel room is large and comfortable, and the snowy scenery from the large window is beautiful. There is a tunnel from the hotel elevator B1 to the Water Park. The hotel has coupons that can be used to go to the Water Park, take the cable car, ski, and ski lift. There are several CU supermarkets and restaurants near the hotel. The hotel includes breakfast or you can choose lunch. It’s so rich and you can eat it for lunch.

Warm and comfortable accommodation in an exotic atmosphere♡ The atmosphere was nicer and more comfortable than I expected, and it was an even better trip because I was with my beloved dog. ^^ The accommodation was old, but the water pressure in the bathroom was strong and the water was truly a work of art!!! 38 equilibrium is not bigger than I thought. The facilities are generally out of date but clean and good for short trips. It was great to see attractions such as Bongpyeongjang, Lee Hyo-seok Literary Museum, and Herb Farm nearby. But if you make a reservation on Trip.com, it's a bit inconvenient. The phone number wasn't delivered properly, so I wanted to replace my room. There are no reservations on Trip.com and no reservations are made on the phone. Not this time, not last time.

The hotel is located in a mountain, very quiet, just like the castle in a fairy tale. The wooden house is very dreamy. The service is super good. It helps to arrange the routes around and call a taxi. The hotel has many children’s fun facilities: feeding small animals, playground, fireworks, free The children don’t want to return to the cotton candy. Very close to the ski slopes, you can arrange a car to pick up and drop off. The cost of skiing is also cheaper than domestically. In short, the wall crack is recommended!
