Het hotel is proper, ook buiten is alles netjes, kamers zijn wat gedateerd maar alles is aanwezig, ook aan het strand is alles in orde, wel jammer van de loodzware houten zetel die je bijna niet kunt verplaatsen om in de schaduw te zitten. Dat ik in een andere beoordeling lees dat er iedere avond een ander thema is kan niet want er is helemaal niets te doen. Kleinschalig maar leuk hotel. Personeel is zeer vriendelijk en staan altijd klaar om je te helpen. Wij verblijven meestal in Riu of Iberostar hotels en dit kun je er echt niet mee vergelijken ondanks dat ze 5 sterren vermelden, het eten was voor ons dan ook een afknapper, ook geen originele frisdranken waardoor de cocktails niet lekker zijn. Wat voor ons doorslaggevend was om nooit meer naar dit hotel te komen is het roken, s'morgens en s'avonds op het terras stinkt het naar de sigaretten, walgelijk als je aan tafel zit te eten. Het hotel zit voor 90 procent vol met duitsers en die vinden alles SUPER, wij Belgen zijn dan ook bourgondiers hé!

Adult Hotel was very comfortable, beautiful view, excellent restaurant with great service. The ION kite club very nearby and you can see the kites flying, this is beautiful and very convenient for kiters like me. Very nice pool and beach. This is a nice, relaxing and quite place.

Wir hatten keine Chance auf eine liege am Hotelpool.Sehr unangenehme Stammgäste haben die Liegen am Pool von morgens bis abends blockiert.Wir haben uns mehrmals bei dem Hotelmanager beschwert. Er versprach uns immer wieder,daß er das Problem sofort beseitigen würde.Es ist nichts passiert.So etwas finden wir extrem ungerecht,da alle Gäste die Liegen am hoteleigenem Pool benutzen dürften.Auch das Essen war enttäuschend. Das Personal wiederum war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir werden hier nicht mehr Urlaub machen

Der Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel hat uns sehr gefallen. Das Hotel ist klein, fein und sehr sauber. Den Mitarbeitern in allen Bereichen des Hotels, ob Küche, Service, Pool, Poolbar, Strand oder Gartenanlage gehört ein Lob, sie sind immer sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer war neu renoviert und sehr groß, immer sauber, die Minibar immer mit Wasser und anderen Getränken befüllt. Das Essen war immer ausreichend und schmackhaft. Wir können dieses Hotel für einen ruhigen und gepflegten Aufenthalt nur empfehlen.

Vorbemerkungen: Landestypische Kategorien sind nicht bzw. nur bedingt mit europäischen vergleichbar. Es empfiehlt sich, sich vor der Reise zu informieren. Liebes Team des Safaga Prestige, mein Sohn und ich haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht. Das Haus hat wahrlich 5 Sterne in der Landeskategorie verdient. Alle Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und umsorgen die Gäste. Das Essen ist vielseitig und gut. Hier fühlt man sich wohl. Das Hotel wird laufend - aber kaum wahrnehmbar - renoviert. Wer Party und Animation sucht ist hier fehl am Platz. Schnorcheln und Relaxen ist die Devise. Die Anlage ist wunderschön. Hier kommt Karibik-Feeling auf. Wer mit Augenmaß und Verstand seine Ruhe sucht, der ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben. Überwiegend deutschsprachiges Publikum. Wer das berühmte Haar in der Suppe sucht, wird es finden. In Nordafrika gelten aber andere Maßstäbe! Eine Woche bei teilweise 49 Grad sind eine Herausforderung. August ist daher vlt. keine gute Reisezeit. Wiederholungsgefahr: 90% Erholungswert: 99,9% Mögliche Negativpunkte sind erkannt und werden schrittweise korrigiert. Am Anreisetag wurde mal eben binnen weniger Stunden der Speisesaal reserviert. Und binnen weniger Stunden alle Kunstlederpolster und Auflagen ausgetauscht! Und dabei hätten es die „alten“ durchaus noch getan. Fazit: sehr empfehlenswert Vater (59) und Sohn (18)

A wonderful place !!! I really enjoyed this hotel, all the services and the kindness of the employees. A quiet and very nice environment, the room very comfortable, the jacuzzi on the terrace, in front of the sea was such amazing ! The restaurant offered some various and delicious dishes, and I enjoyed the barbecue evening on the beach. I recommend this hotel and I will certainly come back soon !

This is our second holiday in the beautiful Shams Prestige Hotel. Everything about this hotel is first class. If i could give it more than 5 stars I would. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a totally relaxing holiday experience. Thank you to all the staff that made our holiday magical. We will be back next year.

l'employé de l'accueil de shams prestige nous menace d'expulsion demain (4/6/2024) suite a la faillite de FTI qui n'a pas reglé notre séjour et nous demande de régler une seconde foi 2680€ malgré un mail de jet tours notre opérateur qui affirme qu'ils paieront. Notre voyage tourne au cauchemar.... sentiment de peur nous avons 63 et 64 ans et nous ne savons pas quoi faire car nous ne pouvons pas payer une telle somme. Nous sommes tellement déçues.
