朋友推薦過來的，也看了網上點評，基本一致，酒店小管家會主動聯繫，幫忙購買門票，對了，特別是提醒下，網上有2種價格，一種是贈送門票的，另一種是不贈送門票的，我下單是贈送門票，自己衹在前台付景區的車費保險50，還有早餐，就在大廳的竹園生態餐廳超市過去就是，牛肉粉不錯，很新鮮，房間乾淨，前台美女會提醒如果出去外面小鎮吃飯需要在前台寫個出行條 ，也很方便，酒店就在大七孔旁邊！坐車去小七孔也是第一批客人去坐，住在景區裏面很好哦，酒店有入住和離店的接送服務，師傅會幫拿行李！服務還是細心！表揚！

從廣西開車過來，入住酒店，小管家服務很主動，馬上聯繫幫忙約票了，酒店贈送門票2張價值240元算下來真的很實惠，自己衹在前台付觀光車和保險50元一個人，辦理入住前台小哥哥快速，專業，贊，在客間陽台拍照漂亮，出大片哦，晚上夜景還行，偶爾有車來往，相對比較還是算比較安靜的，值得推薦。

酒店位置很好，在景區裏面，遊覽時間可以自由很多。雖然離東門衹有幾百米，但仍安排車到門口接送，非常友好。前台辦好出行條，晚飯也可以出景區吃。

景區內的酒店，參觀景點真的很方便，也有工作人員在檢票後開車接送到酒店大堂，唯一不滿意的是我們定的房間平台顯示3-4層、但是給我們安排了2層的房間、窗外就是一面石頭牆，沒什麼景觀、建議平台之後可以正確寫明，而且入住當天發現價格已經下調了，我們貴了一些。我們本身有優待證，到前台需要額外付每人50元觀光車錢，其實價格算下來不是很合適，建議大家對比了在確定。

酒店在景區內大七孔入口處，服務好提供入口接送，接車司機還熱心幫助提放行李，前台接待人員熱心介紹景區遊玩路線，客房間乾淨衞生，設施齊全，小陽台可以小坐喝茶 。環境不錯，晚上睡覺安靜。衹是早餐不咋滴。

酒店位置很好，就在東門檢票口進去一點，住在景區裏，在這坐觀光車超級方便。酒店管家小柔很耐心細緻的為我們講解，服務比較好。酒店有車接送很方便。司機小哥哥很熱情，不知道姓啥，比較高也比較瘦，表揚一下！第一天門口剛好碰巧遇到了酒店車，幫忙提了很重的行李🧳，退房也是剛好他送的我們出景區。房間較小，比較舊了，但很乾凈。服務很好，小孩的鞋掉酒店了，也第一時間寄回。房件礦泉水特別多，這點比較好，雖然品牌沒見過，整體性價比較高。
