這是第二次來花都裏化屋度假營地啦，本次依然是住的疊翠小院，前台服務很熱情，小鄭、小楊，房間很温馨，設施設備也很齊全，很適合團建聚會，下次還會來體驗～

這裏景觀真的沒話説，奢華帳篷體驗也真不錯！有停車場，行李可以幫忙送到帳篷處，提供早餐，晚餐點了柴火雞，淡季也可以送至帳篷內用，很方便！

1.風景很美！只有風景美。房間地毯很臟，院子的雜草已經很高很長時間沒有打理了。
2.服務太奇葩了，我甚至覺得沒培訓過！！
管家服務，入住後就開始説，什麼都聯繫管家，吃飯也必須通過管家聯繫。可以，心裏管家服務很便捷。結果，很遠的路，一個女生大包小包的，管家在前面甩手走，其次管家也看不到人，送餐説需要服務費！ 其實就是不想送。這個價格，服務的質量親身感受其實和農家樂差不多，千萬別期待有任何服務。
3.房間的價格不便宜. 叫管家幫忙弄下投影，結果如圖一樣就準備走了！強烈要求下弄了很久才弄好。晚上貓很吵，營地裏可能有十幾衹貓，都很像野貓！ 建議做好安全防護措施！
4.園區咖啡廳借的充電寶，晚上關門了，還都還不到，服務員説第二天幫我換，結果第二天一直沒有還，打電話問才發現沒插進去。

風景很美，晚上有篝火晚會，吃的也挺好，咖啡廳有駐唱，拍照也很出片，整體感官不錯，晚上風比較大，帳篷裏隔音差一些，睡眠淺的謹慎
