This is a very cost-effective accommodation, there is a refrigerator so I use it well. The landlord is very friendly, and because it is located on a high floor, the view is very good. It is close to the subway and there are many shops below, which is very convenient. I think I can stay again next time

The family room is very cost-effective. The decoration and layout are very suitable for me. The room is very large. I went with my son. His tatami room is independent and together with us. The location is quiet in the bustling area. There are many food stores next to it. Wanda Plaza is just a few steps away. The only bad thing is that there is a rag smell in the room. It has not been removed and it can't be smelled even after staying for a few hours. In addition, my husband's autumn clothes were forgotten in the room when we checked out. We didn't want it anyway. At least the hotel should have called to inquire, but they didn't.

Atour is a very warm and welcoming hotel. My husband and I have stayed in many hotels, but this is the first time we have stayed at a Qingju Hotel under the Atour brand. I will definitely choose to stay at Atour more often in the future! The service staff at the hotel are really warm and attentive to the guests we meet by chance. Our family of three was deeply moved again before checking out yesterday! In fact, no matter before or after we moved in, we were always cared for warmly. On the same day, we learned that we were bringing our son to stay, so we put children's slippers and toothbrushes in the room in advance, and also gave children's shower gel as a bonus. Yesterday, my husband and I had to drive out for business at the Qingdao branch. It was inconvenient to take our son with us. We had no choice but to take him to the front desk and ask if he could help look after him for half an hour. In fact, the staff at the front desk were very busy. Mu Xi, the hotel manager who was working in the lobby when the inquiry was made, immediately came over and responded that it was no problem. They were here, so just go about your business without worries. She would help look after the children. After thanking me, my husband and I quickly went out. When we came back, we saw our son happily playing with them in the lobby. We immediately recorded this beautiful moment! From point to point, I believe they will also treat other guests sincerely. Qingdao, Atour Qingju is a worthwhile trip!

Trip gives the impression this is a five star hotel. It's not. It is 4 star. It is also quite dated. It's not bad, but it's far from great. Again, Trip gives the impression that it much better than it is. It's quite a worn out place with rooms in desperate need of a makeover. It also lacks charm or a feel of sophistication. Just kink of bland, really. Also, you can really taste the savings at the breakfast buffet. Again, not bad, but really cheap and bland. The one stand out was the Chinese food I ordered for room service.

The location is excellent, beside MixC with many restaurants, around 10 minutes walk to the seaside, 2 minutes to the subway station. The breakfast is very large, the Chinese, but also the western food. In the room are not enough electricity sockets, there wasn't a dedicated space for the electric kettle. We had to put it on the floor to make coffee or tea, whats crazy in such an expensive hotel.

LLulugOverall the hotel experience was pleasant enough. Had some difficulties finding the hotel at first. The hotel is very conveniently located with walking proximity to the airport. Rooms were spacious and beds and pillows were comfortable. Major grip was there was NO FRIDGE in the hotel rooms! Considering how hot it was in Qingdao this time of year, this was definitely an inconvenience. The pool was under renovation, so couldn't use it.

First and foremost, the receptionist displayed exceptional customer service. Our early morning arrival was met with a warm welcome and an unexpected early check-in. This considerate gesture allowed us to freshen up and kick-start our adventure, setting a positive tone for our stay. During our visit, there was a minor hiccup with housekeeping - a misplaced pair of Nike Air Max shoes. Thankfully, the vigilant receptionist swiftly resolved the issue, locating and returning the missing item promptly. To make amends for the inconvenience, they went the extra mile, offering a small gift and complimentary breakfast coupons as a gesture of goodwill. Such attentiveness to guest needs is truly commendable. While we chose to explore authentic local cuisine during our trip, bypassing hotel dining, I cannot provide feedback on the food quality or variety. In terms of location, this hotel scores points for convenience. Taxis are readily available, and it took us just 30 minutes to reach the stunning Laoshan Mountain, a must-visit destination. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to a bustling night market right across the street adds to its appeal. However, there's room for improvement, notably in the cleanliness department. The bathrooms, in particular, left much to be desired, with an unpleasant odour lingering during our stay. Broken equipment, such as the wardrobe, was also in need of repair. Furthermore, the electric kettle was not up to our cleanliness standards, discouraging its use. In summary, this hotel offers excellent customer service, convenient access to transportation and local attractions, and a proactive approach to guest satisfaction. However, attention to cleanliness and maintenance, especially in the bathrooms, is an area that could use some enhancement.

RRachelle MaeLocation is great because our intention was to be in the Laoshan District. Might not be easy if most of your plans are in the touristy areas such as the Tsingtao Brewery Museum. Anyway, there is Metro (underground subway) which helped us address that in case we wanted to have a look at downtown. The hotel is a 10 min walk from either Haiyou or Haichuan stations in Line 2. We’re not so much of a fan of Chinese food for breakfast, so the free breakfast was not fascinating for us. They did have eggs and bread. There is an elevator to help us carry or luggage all the way to our floors. And the room was neat and clean, and they clean it every time we’re out.

The hotel is conveniently located, the door is very low-key, the stay found that the environment inside is very good, the layout details are tasteful, I like it very much, the room is comfortable and satisfactory. The front desk of the hotel said that there was a free coffee gift on the first night, and a glass of ice latte was really delicious! ! I asked the front desk to know that this was prepared by the hotel owner. The boss himself is also a coffee hobby. He uses the good beans that the boss drinks by himself.
